What a terrible experience I just had here.Asked for fresh food when ordering.First I received cold nuggets which appeared to look old.They parked me 1 minute later nuggets drenched in oil which appeared to look re dipped to be hot.Manger visibly upset when I bought this to his attention came back 2 minutes later with the same nuggets which appeared shrunken I just ask for a refund..All that time that took the employees could’ve just made fresh nuggets from the start of me ordering at the intercom.

If I could give negative stars I would! I live closest to this location and EVERY SINGLE TIME I go they mess up my order not just simple ways but COMPLETELY wrong order. I hate this location the whole staff also don’t speak English so getting anyone to understand what you’re saying is a joke. I would love to be reached out to to discuss my experiences.

I will never go there again, just ordered fries were salty and soggy luke warm, the nuggets were hard as a rock the chicken sandwich had old lettuce and the bread moldy and no one answers the phone. What a waste of money, just came from there and I use to go out my way to this location because the other one near hunt club is bad this location has gotten worse. No care in the world need to shut it down.

Every visit is like a new surprise party where I'm both the guest of honor and the punchline. I even had a chat with the regional manager, who must moonlight as a magician, because nothing changed! Today's game of 'Fast Food Roulette' had two meals on the line, and surprise—only one was right! Take a wild guess which one. Hint: it wasn't the Asiago Club, unless Wendy's has reinvented it to include a surprise guest appearance by a beef patty. Bravo, Wendy's, bravo!

Tremendous rubbish, I order two number 7 triple meat and they come out with some simple ones, all cold and without shame, after that they charged me 9 dollars more for the extra meat when the fault was theirs, no wonder it was so empty at lunch time, they are some incompetent...

I got a fish sandwich fries and a fountain drink at "medium" size and paid 13 dollars. Divide 13 by 3 items so ... are the fries worth 4.33... is the drink worth the price of a 12 cans at the grocery... maybe the sandwich is worth 4.33, but I bet it was more expensive. I wouldn't know because there was no prices above the counter and at 12pm they still had the breakfast menu up above the counter.

Menú have a price and they charge you another quantity when I told the employees he said ( the computer said the price) I told him the menu out side said something different. I also handed the employee a previous recipe with the total and he told ok that’s fine and when he was about to charge me the manager show up and stated that the prices were like that because Wendy’s international and the the employees charge my card for a unauthorized balance. Long story short manager stated the he will collect the employee for the mistake ? I don’t want to imagine working for a guy like that.
