My breakfast was cold. The drive thru individual never told me my total and I did not receive a receipt. He never smiled or said two words to me. He was rude. I won’t be eating at Wendy’s ever again and will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. This is shameful!

The potato was terrible.....tiny and dry. I asked for a double burger with let/tom/mayo/cheese...I recieved two pieces of meat between the 2 pieces of bread. Who is hiring these buffoons??? Terrible food. Definitely won't be going back. Go to McDonalds!!!

I came by there today around 649 order a number 1 double asked for only ketchup and lettuce and the put everything on the burger also asked for extra ketchup on the side and didn't receive it pretty disappointed for a almost $14 dollar meal it should have been how I asked for it. Bad service. This is why I usually cook at home atlest I get what I want when I do it myself.

Stopped in this morning and had the most hot and fresh biscuit and gravy I've ever got from Wendy's. My chicken biscuits were hot too, which suprised me because it was 5 mins until lunch. The workers are very friendly and respectful. 10/10 would recommend!

Stopped there at night. They said to come back because their computer system was down. Then came back 20min later and waited about 15min in line to get a biggie bag. Very slow at night time. Seemed like there was 2 people working and 3 other employees just hanging out. Could have been way better. Not the standard that we see at most Wendys

Kensington Wendy's is the best Wendy's in the area.Don't bother going to the other ones.These people actually care about your food.I have never gotten a bad item from this place at all and this morning was even better.I wanted biscuits and gravy , but changed My mind because I was trying to save a little money.

This an okay Wendy's. Stopped in before an appointment and grabbed a burger. Mostly Spanish speakers which is fine. Burger was sloppily thrown together even though they were not busy. It's fast food so go figure.
I had to wait over 10 minutes for a manager to count down the drawer so I could get my food ordered. But the manager and the employees continued to speak Spanish behind the counters in conversation while we waited and took him longer to count down his drawers. The store is understaffed, not stocked and dirty. Absolutely horrendous customer service!

Overpriced fast food and not the best quality. Yes, I'll expect some grease of a bacon burger, but even the wrapping on the outside was greasy and non appealing at all. The patties weren't that big for the price either. We paid $18.48 for two burgers by themselves, and 4 PC nuggets. Baconator + Son of Baconator+ 4 PC nuggets= $18.48 I could've gotten a to-go order from Longhorn Steakhouse with two high quality sirloin steaks or burgers, fries, and a drink from the kids menu for $1.50 more.
