I ordered a cheeseburger for take out and it was by far the worst quality burger I’ve had at Culver’s. I took 2 bites and trashed it due to the burger covered in grill debris probably because whoever was on grill cook wasn’t cleaning the grill. Now I have a terrible stomach ache because of lack of cleanliness. I used to work at burgerfi so I can tell the difference between a burger cooked on a clean grill vs a dirty grill that needs to be scraped!!! PUT SOMEONE ELSE ON GRILL WHO FOLLOWS THE RIGHT PROCEDURE.

The food here is good but I give a 1 star for service due the wait time. Waiting over 20 mms in the drive through is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant.this is nota one time occurrence, it's constant. I had to get out of the car to go inside to get my order. They also don't always give all the items ordered. I have to check the oder before leaving. Improving on these two things mentioned will make the experience much better.

Pulled up to order two small custard ice creams. $8. No professionalism, no good customer service.
The guy at the windows had his back toward us when I pulled up. He never greeted us nor provided an update about the order as we waited about 5 minutes. We were the only ones there with the exception of one customer that walked in while I was waiting at the drive through window. Then a girl came up, with two very small servings of ice cream. This did not seem like it had been served correctly. She didn't provide a receipt so I asked for one. She walked away without saying anything, I thought she didn't hear me so I tried to repeat it to the guy with his back turned to us wearing the drive through headset. He never turned ro look at us. 2 minutes later the girl reappeared with a receipt.
Do those employees not have any training? They don't care about the customer and don't seem to like their job. I never plan on returning. I can get high quality ice-cream at Whits in Wellington for less than the price at Culvers and in a better atmosphere.

Five star shout out to Colm. I don’t eat at Culver’s that often. When I went to the counter and was asking questions Colm, the server was excellent. He answered everything that I was asking made some suggestions like the steamed broccoli which he says is great. He is a super employee keep him working here you’ve got a winner.

Big shoutout to Bri: last week we visited the restaurant with out of country friends, and Bri was very supportive! She way amazing!!! She helped us ensuring iced tea was always available (given it was late at night) and she was very patient explaining to our friends the menu and all options.

Good food. Burgers and sides are great. Also have ice cream. Service is great. After you order they bring the food to your table. Staff is always very friendly and attentive. Location is convenient right on Southern Blvd west. Just wish there was one closer to my house.
