This is our second time going to Culver’s. The first time we went to the one in Palm Beach Gardens. The second time we went to this one. It is a great fast food place. The friendliest staff and great service. I like the wide selection of food. First time I had a burger, this time I had a chicken sandwich. My husband had the cod sandwich both times. Both were good. The custard is AMAZING!!!! This is without a doubt Chick-fil-A biggest competitor. They have places to charge your phone / laptop. If you looking to experience great service at a fast food place - come here. They set a very high bar.

Ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and chili. The burger was ok. It was also way to greasy. The chili was very disappointing. We will have to try some of the chicken sandwiches and fries next time. $32 for two burgers was over priced for the food.

The service here has really taken a nose dive since they opened. Two times in a row now they have lost my order and I’ve had to wait ridiculous amount of time to get it.
Edit: To be clear, it's not just about "waiting for your order". I waited -half an hour- the first time AFTER checking in with an employee, and my meal had just been sitting in the wrong area under the heat lamps. I asked the employee who brought it if it had just been sitting and he said "it was under the heater" like that's not an affirmative answer to my question and that I should be 100% fine with that.
Additionally, when it happened the second time, I sat and waited for ice cream for 15 minutes before I called the restaurant and the person who answered the phone told me my order was coming without actually knowing who I was or what I ordered. When I received the order, I asked the two (why two people?) who brought it to me if had just been sitting or if it was freshly made and they couldn't answer so they sent someone else out. That person also couldn't answer and wanted to go back inside to find out. Shockingly, it had obviously just been sitting there for quite some time.
I already submitted this complaint as the owner has suggested here. Hopefully -this time- they will actually email me instead of calling as I've indicated is my preference.

Culver's please have a resposibleadult who is in charge on all shifts. It is good that our youth are out in the work force but it doesn't show well to the customer to see your employees looking like they need someone besides the customer, to remind them that they should be more organized and attentive. Ordering our food went well. The young lady was very nice and pleasant and helpful. We were not as familiar with this menu and she took her time with us to take our order. Food came to our table relatively quickly. The dining room was clean and so were the tables. We enjoyed our burgers . Time came and we were ready to leave. I decided I wanted custard. This experience is what caused a low rating. Hey Culver's please remind your employees that customers are NOT mind readers. Before someone finally came to the counter and took my order , As I stood there at counter , a young lady was at one of the cash registers. She was about her job and so ignored me . When I asked her if she was going to take my order, it was then she told me that she was entering a big order. My mind reading skills are non existent. That young lady left me standing there and didn't even get one of her coworkers to take my order. There were enough of them standing around laughing and "shooting the breeze.". Finally a young lady took my two scoop custard order. I stood there so long waiting for my custar, about 16 minutes! By the time they realized I was still there- I had begun tapping the counter with one of those number markers you put on the table. If I hadn't done that, I well could have still been there! The custard was a runny melted mess. I threw it away and made a note to self: Find another burger place the next time you feel like going out to have a simple uncomplicated burger experience. Culver's, Loxahatchee Groves, please do better . I want to see businesses succeed. But we all need to know the right formula for success and that wasn't it that night.

Last night was my last visit to this Culvers. I got the completely wrong sandwich, fries were cold and limp (even as soon as I opened the bag after getting it). I threw the sandwich out, it wasn’t even a burger, some veggie patty. One item didn’t even make it on the order after she confirmed it with me! Everything was ice cold upon receiving. The custard I got was grainy and tasted strange. They wanted to come all the way back to the restaurant for a refund ? Tough chance, I’m not spending more of my gas money so you can fix the errors you and your staff made. Next time I ever want Culver’s I’ll go to another location, this one stinks! Jupiter and even Lake Park are way better and don’t have issues every time like this location.
