I asked for light creamer (the standard is 3) .. it’s right on the receipt as you can see and my coffee is damn near white .. even more than the standard 3.

The peek of business and they are snail service , they have more time to talk and check there phones.. not to mention there attitude because they had to come to work

2 kids running the store, place was a mess counters all nasty with syrups. coffee tasted AWFUL. im not sure what they managed to do to it as i normally love dunkin coffee. forgot an item of our $30+ order and when i went in to ask about it i stood at the counter for 10 mins and no one came up to help me. it was not busy. throwing away my coffee and will not be returning to this location.

Just had an incredibly rude employee take my order. Gave me attitude just because they speaker was not working correctly through the drive-through. When she handed me my food, she later accused me of snatching it from her hand. I told her she should probably take a break because she is obviously on edge. As a business owner and former fast food employee, I would never treat a customer this way. I honestly can’t believe how someone like this was hired in the first place. It says a lot about the management.

Sophia the manager is nasty! Told me I could have a refund for forgetting the bacon on my avocado toast if I brought in the receipt. so I brought it in and she refused my refund and yelled at me . It was bad enough that another customer told me I should report her to corporate. Hopefully she can change her attitude and lighten up!
EMPLOYEES were too lazy to brew a midnight coffee instead they offered me to add an espresso shot. Really bad service for my $35

We order at least 2 iced coffees every day and sometimes breakfast sandwiches or donuts. 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong. The main one is they forget to put cold foam on the one, and the other only gets 1 cream and 1 sugar and they always put too much cream and sugar. We drink coffee every day and know how it should look when they hand it to us. It never looks the same 2 days in a row. The amount of waste at that store has to be tremendous. I now avoid that store. The 2 in Royal Palm are a night and day difference from this store. Even going at 7 at night when there is no one else there and both drinks were wrong. Someone needs to get this store up to par!

They didn't seem to know how to make certain coffees but it was okay once came in in the kitchen was closed seems like young children are working therefore not as serious but the location was very nice and clean and when they were attentive they were very very good

Spanish Store Manager is rude. She yelled at me to not ask her ask her again to warm a donut. Umm mamm this was my first time even asking. What do you mean again? And when asked for it warmed when ordering, it wasn't a problem no one said anything. So when I got it cold, I simply asked it if can be warmed and you just get an attitude to say don't ask you? I can't believe this is the store manager. Horrible representation of Dunkin.

The worst store in our area. Online orders are never ready or accounted for at time of pick up.
Orders are never correct. And everyone looks like they hate their job. No smiles, no greetings. Dunkin do better!
