Spanish Store Manager is rude. She yelled at me to not ask her ask her again to warm a donut. Umm mamm this was my first time even asking. What do you mean again? And when asked for it warmed when ordering, it wasn't a problem no one said anything. So when I got it cold, I simply asked it if can be warmed and you just get an attitude to say don't ask you? I can't believe this is the store manager. Horrible representation of Dunkin.

Dunkin was not busy at this time - I placed an online order and they forgot my muffin and donuts I only ordered 2 drinks and my food and bad attitudes when I tried to go get my food that I already paid for. Every time we come here the order is always messed up.

Had the absolute WORST experience with a barista named Alina, i have never been treated with such attitude at a place where I'm spending MY MONEY to have someone treat me like she did. I will never be returning while she works here. Do better with picking your employees Dunkin ?
