Customer service sucks at this location. I pre-ordered in the app for drive-through. I pulled up in the drive-through you know she goes. How can I help you? Can I take your order? I go have a drive-through order for NICOLE. Oh well it’s not ready. Is that what you tell people in drive-through when they place an order I mean I’ve done this many times before and it’s like I’m placing a normal order. McDonald’s Wendy’s every place is the same thing it’s not ready. I was like OK so what am I supposed to do? Oh well, you could just pull over and sit down and come through the drive-through again are you serious? OK I go park. Wait wait wait wait I see other cars come in through the drive-through place their order get their food that doesn’t make sense to me. I go inside to pick up my food. The woman throws the food on the counter ….first my order took 20 minutes and then you throw my food on the counter. Are you Serious? No type of customer service nothing no apology. Nothing I will never go to that Burger King again maybe I won’t even go to Burger King again because this is ridiculous. Not to mention onion rings and fries are lukewarm

Waited 20 mins for mediocre food. Ordered #1 with cheese (Large) fries were hot and bland.

Hot Wheels Service nobody On The Line through the Drive true they took about 7 minutes to take my order and then another five minutes to get some chicken nuggets empiece are Walking around talking two each other like nobody Is there

I have been coming to this BK since 2018 and its been consistently miss on a hit or miss scale. Burnt cheese on breakfast sandwich, hard muffins, cold and old food and just recently coffee with grounds and something else in it. This place needs to be
Renovated from the ground up. The only good thing is lately the new employees and the monster nuggets are only thing fresh and hot.

This has to be the worst burger king in the state of florida.The drive thru microphone seems to be broken quite a lot. the coke machine is out of order almost every other day.the employees have no idea what they are doing including the manager! I was told from now on don't use the drive thru if im pulling my work trailer to come in and place my order,Ive been using the drive thru for over 20 years! I will never return to this establishment until they hire all new people,This place has really gone down hill!

This store takes EXTREMELY LONG,
In multiple ways. When you pull up into drive through No one greets you. I sat for three or four minutes and then I said hello and at that moment, the lady said sorry just one moment. I am with a customer so I waited another six minutes. Still no response. There’s two vehicles behind me. They were waiting to be able to just order.. employees seem to be very confused as to whose order belongs to who so after waiting for a very long time to be able to order then you have to wait even longer after you pay to pick up the order when there’s very little people there or if there’s multiple people, there is the same situation every time that I have visited

1.Food was very cold 2 how are you going to have an elderly person with a hurt arm, taking orders upfront, taking orders and drive-through getting the money upfront, getting the money in the back and passing out the order then on top of that you have two people in the kitchen plus the manager talking about sexual matters in front of the customer then the manager wants to get a attitude because I asked for ketchup and then I asked for an extra bag exit door locked. Food was very cold, including onion rings, french fries the whole meal was just disgusting.🤮 very dissatisfied .whole crew needs training .
