Food is pretty good, always ask for it fresh, 2 amazing employees, names were Alex, and Yariel , really quick work with taking my order and bagging my food, really nice kids, I hope corporate sees this!

I ordered a Oreo shake and a chocolate shake and got 2 chocolate. Paid extra for bacon on my wrap. No bacon. This isn’t the only time they’ve messed up my order. Terrible.

Where to start? To begin with this place has been a disaster for years. The wait is astronomically slow, time was built faster. They can't ever get an order right. But what prompted today's review is I went in to get 4 fountain drinks, seemingly simple. Except upon entering I had to walk around the building because the one door is locked because it sticks and let's bugs in, as if there's not roaches already. Upon ringing up 4 large fountains, the price was over 15 dollers! That's insane. So I tried 2 LG 2 med, still 14, tried 4 med and that's 13. I gave up took my money back and walked out. I had 12 dollers and didn't anticipate spending all of that on 4 small drinks. Absolutely ridiculous and I know I'll never go back, that was the last straw. The drinks are expensive, the food is garbage, the customer service is non existent and you'll wait 20 min or more for it. 0 stars if I could.

my food was absoultely amazing, and the cashier at the front was very very nice. super great guy and has never messed up an order for me. i think he should get a raise. good man. brown hair, blue eyes

They need to fix the microphone for the drive thru or listen better because this is the 4th time they have messed up my order. Heck, I tried fixing the whopper when I got home but the patty was so shredded and nasty looking that I just gave up. GET A BETTER MICROPHONE OR TIRN UP THE VOLUME PLEASE!!!

The only reason I’m leaving one star is because you can’t otherwise leave a review, this place is terrible!, I got a promotion on the mail about the Frozen Strawberry & Nerds and I been there about 3 times now to get it for my kids and the machine is never working! Like different times during different days and nothing!! And they are not even nice about it! Is like is a bother. Can someone do something about it????

Top tier customer service! We are visiting from Atlanta GA. Stopped at the WestLake Burger King after a football game. We ordered two whopper meals and a Kids meal. We were handed our food, and we drove away. Got out of the parking lot and onto the side road behind Burger King as we are checking our bags at the stop sign... A Burger King employee went above and beyond to make sure we got our food! (Scared the living day lights out of us but definitely the real MVP!) We had forgotten the kids meal for the kid. So thank you to the young gentleman working the closing shift on Wednesday night who had an accent. He is definitely a gem and should be appreciated by corp and management at the location.

Burger was cold with only three small pieces of bacon and bacon crumbs on my Bacon King. Fries were hard and dry. I had to take this order back and in lox you understand it's a drive to do so.

My husband went into the Loxahatchee location to order an impossible Whopper meal and another meal. They were out of everything! They were only serving regular burgers and chicken nuggets and hash browns. When he came home my burger was raw on the sides. I was able to remove one of the patty's, but the other one is fine. Every single time we've gone to this location there has been a problem! Someone needs to let upper management know what is going on in this location
