They really need people who can speak AND READ ENGLISH I order today egg cheese biscuits no meat along with some other items they for my hashbrown that came with the meal and low and behold had meat on the biscuits atp I'm just about done with fast

the new manager their(African american) has that place running tip/top of there's something wrong with your order he will make sure it's fixed Ive been going there since they opened and he by far the best I've had to meet because of him I'll continue to go there and that's only because of him.was just there the closing managers name is Jaimie tonight she closed and locked the doors at 22:45 and didn't let anyone in or order she had a terrible attitude and said some rude things to me she's going to make people not want to go there, I convinced her to get a meal and she threw my food out at me and my fries were cold as soon as I got them. if I see her when I pull I'm I'll leave lmmediatly. but the other guy needs a raise or appraise for his work and dedication to your company.

Terrible attitudes from the employees. They act like it’s your fault when they make a mistake. Rolling eyes, sucking teeth, and not polite at all. The food is almost always disgusting here and you have to wait forever for 1 item. Save your time and money and go to a different BK. Yuo would get better good and service from the soup kitchen??

Do not go here! So my husband took my son to get a Spider-Man burger... we don't have it. Ok. A kids meal. We don't have that either. Ok a shake. We don't have that either. Ok a cheeseburger... oh we can do cheese burgers. Ok so he ordered the burgers and fries and drinks. Fries were cold and hard. Where's the manager? This place needs serious help! I will never go there again. I just moved to this area and I always see the BK dead. Now I know why! So sad that i has gotten to the point where they don't have much options because they don't have anything How does this happen? Where are the district managers? There are several people not doing there jobs. Just saying
