I recently had a conversation with Brian, the owner of Chicken Salad Chick, and was immediately impressed by his genuine commitment to customer experience. His focus on making sure customers feel taken care of. As a Mediator, I work with people every day who struggle with hard conversations, and Brian handled ours with care, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. Although I haven’t yet tried this location, Chicken Salad Chick will absolutely have my business because of the way I was treated by the owner.

Went for the first time today and ordered takeout on my lunch break. I’ve been craving some Fancy Nancy for awhile now and was excited to finally get some. Unfortunately when I arrived back at work I discovered I got the wrong salad. No apples, no grapes, just plain old Classic Carol. The employee at the counter was nice, restaurant was clean, soup was good, but disappointed that the main thing I went there for was wrong.

Recommended dishes: Grape Salad

Did a pickup order. Scoops and sandwich with pasta salad and broccoli salad sides. Wow! Super delicious. Ordering was easy but they definitely need to have descriptions on the website stating what each scoop is made of. I couldn't tell from just the names and had to do a Google search. Other than that, food was fresh, presented nicely, and order came as I made it. A for Accuracy. Will most definitely be back!!

I’ve been going to Wellington location since it opened great sandwich worth it . Not loxahatchee sandwich was so small not much salad disappointed .

Made it for the grand opening of CSC in West Lake! Friendly service, beautiful restaurant and delicious chicken salad. My favorites are the Dixie chick and Barbie-Q. Come check them out!
