They cancelled my order 2 times because of a "bad accident" both times on 2 separate occasions.

Honestly haven’t had much problems here everyone post seem pretty negative. Remember places get busy and cant predict the future.. have patience it’s just pizza

Ordered a 6 sliced pizza 50 minutes in advance to be told at the counter 25 more minutes. I can see the staff searching for the order that was never made. And wasn’t even honest about the fact they FORGOT my order although it was sitting there on the big screen until I called it out. Nevermind last week when my spinach and mushroom pizza barely had toppings. I’ve come here weekly for almost 2 years. Whoever this new staff is .. train them better or your ratings are going to continue to drop and so will your customer base. Because u just lost thousands of dollars with me alone.

Very incompetent phone girl, she asked me for the address three times for the card three times for the order two times she put me on hold four times.??? I believe they need more training because no one wants to be on hold four times to order a $20 pizza. Very disappointed, but I hope since they are a large franchise that they will explain to the person at the phone that nobody wants to be put on hold 4 to 5 times to order a pizza.?

we took advantage of the50% off deal and the pizza we received was like eating a box pizza from a convenience store. Was dry and not good at all. Very disappointing

I really like your food, and I really like your prices and I aways tip well even if it's a carryout order; but I keep running into the same problem and I'm just getting annoyed at this point. So, I prefer to do carryout, you are close and delivery to my house isn't an option plus it's a headache anyways with a gated community. The problem is I do not like that you close your lobby so early and I really wish you would change it. Even on the weekends, to not even have it open till 10:30 or 11 is just crazy in my opinion. and no it is not a safety concern. Domino's has never said that but I'm guessing if I asked they would state that's the reason why. No, this is a very safe area and that is definitely not why. Here's what's even more annoying though, the first time I came across this I asked them if I could just drive there and wait in my car until they have a second to run it out. They said no. (I understand in this case that might potentially be a safety issue, but most restaurants do carried so it really shouldn't be a problem) Then I asked what If I select delivery, so they get all the money for delivery etc.. and I literally just put the delivery place as their place so they would get extra money and everything without having to leave the restaurant. They said no. I'm just getting so sick of how un accommodating this restaurant is. So, tonight I decided I really wanted pizza and I knew that it'd be the whole process or how dare I go to dominos at 10:30 to pick up my food on a Saturday night... But now I'm getting extremely irritated b.c I put delivery place at a business 4 minutes away and my order has been done for 30min now! Like this is insane, If they would just let me drive there I could have had it already plus their delivers lives would be easier because it'd be less orders to handle; but instead I'm charged more just to wait longer, like this is just so insane. I can't stand by it anymore. The food is not worth these situations this is just so unnecessary.
