Their pizza is not good. I’ll give them 2 stars instead of 1 because their chicken Caesar wrap and pesto pasta are amazing, however they constantly change the price to whatever they feel like it when I order. 1 day it’s $15 and the next the same exact order is almost $18. I would’ve came once a week but not if you’re going to screw customers over and make up prices.

Does anyone else have trouble ordering here? I placed an order at 4:00 on a Sunday for delivery. I was told it would take 40 minutes. Had 50 minutes. I called to check on the status of the delivery. They told me it was leaving for delivery right? Then. I waited another 40 minutes before I called again to check the status. They said the ready order would be ready soon. That means they lied to me the last time I called. Unfortunately this is not the first time, or even second, or even third time this has happened. It is very disappointing because the food is decent but the service is among the worst I've experienced anywhere. Especially because of the lies!! I suggest trying Jabrewski's pizza or Marco's Pizza instead.

Came here for dinner, and the food got both me and my wife, very sick. We will never come back here again!
It was meh. The pizza wasn’t too bad but the chicken wraps.. very underwhelming. May I suggest toasting the tortilla once it’s wrapped it felt pretty soggy and the veggies seemed not fresh. Mother in laws salad had brown lettuce in it. Service for pickup was nice though. Just the food wasn’t worth what we paid.

The absolute best Chicken Francese I’ve ever had. The lemon flavor in the sauce is incredible. Salads are great and healthy as well. Can’t go wrong with the pizza either.

I just ate here for a second time. We recently moved to the area and I’m so glad we found this restaurant. I’ve had the calamari twice and it’s some of the best I’ve ever had. The complimentary bread they bring out has a perfect amount of garlic to it…I could make a meal of that and a salad.
The portions are large and come with a salad so I had enough leftovers to have another meal. Our server was the same both times and she gives honest and informative descriptions of the food.
We will be back!
The food was good.

I’ve read mostly the one-star reviews. This is not a chain restaurant with the endless infrastructure and budget that those companies have. The owners and employees are local so, your money stays local and bolsters local businesses. If you want a large amount of food for a Friday night, big football game, or holiday- either give them enough lead time or order from a massive corporation that siphons money from your community. These folks, from what I’ve seen dining in and getting takeout, are dialed in. They deliver great food in the time it takes to make great food- for a price that I cannot figure out how they possibly sustain. If you’ve never ran a kitchen as an individual location, I feel like you should research what it REALLY takes to keep a place like this alive. Then maybe you’d realize the work it takes to get you your order at 8pm on a Friday. The rest of us love this place and the people that bust their butts to make this place even remotely possible/profitable. You guys at Il Pom are incredible. I do not work there, nor do I have any affiliation, monetary or otherwise.

Delivery time is horrible, you’ll be told an hour and have to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes, with no options of a refund and additionally and terrible attitude.

Ordered two Sicilian pizzas, the 12 slice ones on an app affiliated with them. You have to pay an extra $4 to get that. When we got the pizza it was the 8 slice ones. This is the third time that they screwed up my order. Paid an extra $8 for nothing.
Here it is two days later order take out again and they screwed up the order. Ordering online again and somebody's not reading the order correctly. I feel bad for the driver because he's the one that's got to take the brunt. What is going on? What's the point of having an online service if you're going to not use it correctly? Come on guys.
Just ordered two Sicilians this time they actually got the order right but the pizza was made subpar. The toppings were not evenly spread out. Both pizzas had 3 inches of crust on one side of the pizza. Two pieces didn't even have toppings on them. I blame poor management. For $70 those those pizzas are way too expensive for the quality that you pay for. I don't know what's going on but the quality has definitely dropped off. For the price that they charged, I could get three large Jets pizzas fully loaded. Definitely going to go somewhere else. I Do not recommend unless you want to waste your money.
