1 year ago we had just purchased our and we wanted italian. We found this place and placed and order for delivery using the Slice app, horrible communication between the app and the restaurant. I order got lost on the way and after waiting one hour and a half I called and they said they were going to start working on it soon and I should understand the wait since it was a Friday night and they were full. I the person would have been nicer and a bit earlier ( at this point it was 8 pm) I would have said ok but the attitude that the kids had on the phone was too much and I told them to cancel the order and they said they were not going to and hang up. I ended up getting my money back from the app and never went back...until yesterday that I placed an order for a pizza before me and my kids went to have haircuts just to give the place another chance but it's a no...just no. Bad service. Bad food. Not cool.

Just returned home after a meal at Pomodoro. Two other tables were occupied during my visit which was at 1:00 pm Sunday. My meal consisted of a Chicken Parm sub and iced tea. My Chicken parm consisted of thin strips of breaded/fried chicken covered with mozzarella cheese and red sauce in a toasted sub. Some parts of the chicken were overly done to the point of being burnt. That aside, portions of the sub had a flavor of freezer burn which when dissected turned out to be the chicken. After eating 1/3 of the meal, I stopped as the flavor became very undesirable. This was my first ever visit and it will be my last. Food should be enjoyed while consuming and there was nothing enjoyable about this meal.

order for delivery is always long or something always happens. I called for delivery. placed my order and they called me back to say they don't have any driver and cancelled my order. they weren't apologetic at all and sounded robotic. I would use a different restaurant if youre looking for good service because you wont find that here.edit:the manager responded that I'm incorrect however iv ordered from this place multiple times . The message I got was that there was nobody at the establishment to deliver the food. I ended up ordering from somewhere else with no issue.

It’s sooo wonderful having Il Pomodoro as our home town go to Italian restaurant… from cauliflower pizza to garlic chicken wings that I love they have all the goodies you would expect from a fine Italian restaurant even espresso!!!!

Good food takes time and it's worth the wait at this restaurant. If the special is Chicken Parm Alfredo get it!!!! 10 out of 10! And you can never go wrong with the Sicilian, and it tastes even better the next day in the air fryer. My go to though is always Chicken Marsala or Chicken Francese. My husband loves their Veal Parm. They also have a nice wine selection. Nice, local Italian eatery.

I ordered a cheese pizza and a salad at 6:16 and it's been over 2 hours and this is not the first time. I tried to give them a second chance but it was regrettable at best. I tried to call them and got hung up on . Finally I was able to speak to Ed the manager and he just told me the order was walking out the door after 2 hours of waiting. Save yourself the issue and go somewhere else.

Placed an order online tonight. A 3rd party service is used called slice. Order placed at 7:20pm with delivery expected 8:36pm. Food was billed but never arrived. I spoke with the manager the next day and he explained the discrepancy. They made good on the error and we appreciate that.
