I had a great experience here! The food and drinks were delicious. Our server was very attentive and kind. Will be coming back for sure!
Nicholas the waiter was amazing! I didn’t realize that they were closing really soon when I walked in there. I felt horrible when I Google their closing time after I ordered. This young man didn’t show any frustrations and treated me with nothing but respect. I’m not saying go in there before they close but these guys are nothing but professional and genuine including the hostess. Food was amazing and all but their service and attitude went so much further. Amazing staff especially Nicholas thank you brother.

I ordered a ribeye and French onion soup. The fact the food arrived cold is understandable. However, the onion soup should have been called salt soup. It was inedible. The ribeye was ordered medium rare and the steak arrived so overcooked that Trump would have sent it back. No steak sauce could possibly help the piece of leather I was served. I was very disappointed and I'm being nice. Very expensive and a meal worth forgetting.

Good food, great happy hour. Incredibly annoying that they won’t separate checks. When you spend that much money on dinner in a large group, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to be able to separate checks. Won’t be back in a group again unfortunately.

Normally, we go to Okeechobee Steakhouse or Capital Grille for a good steak but Lewis Prime Grill is closer to our house so went there for a birthday celebration a few weeks ago. The initial service was very good but as the restaurant filled up our server got very busy. We ran out of water and it doesn't appear the servers there have anyone helping them with refills like Okeechobee Steakhouse and Capital Grille do so our glasses sat empty.
We had 2 filet mignons and though the meat was of good quality they were both overcooked and flavorless. The ribeye was also flavorless and a little on the chewy side. The buger was very good, though.
I would say this is a good place for gourmet burgers and drinks but would go elsewhere for a steak especially given the price.

1st time customer, Last time customer. Went here for my birthday alone. They couldn't compensate for the single dinner w their birthday special. Disappointing. I ordered the demonic ribeye. It was not perfectly cooked medium rare. It certainly wasnt a 2inch steak either. The loaded potato wasn't anything special and Disappointing. The insanely overpriced mushroom and onion wasn't anything special. It should've been sautéed together to bring flavors together. The presentation wasn't impressive. $9 bottle of water is ridiculous. $125 single dinner plus tip. I could do better w a Costco ribeye. Maybe they could better fooling the Palm Beach across the intercoastal.

My husband & I went to Lewis Prime Grill on Seminole Pratt for our anniversary & had the best experience. The server was excellent. The receptionist even gave us a little Happy anniversary card & the food was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

First time here. I know they are apart of okeechobee steak house so there was some hype about this place. I think we could have had a better meal for $200 and just two of us dining. My SO got the $64 cowboy steak that the server recommended. It’s no special cut of meat. He usually gets a porter house and should have gotten something closer to that because it was a bit tough. My filet was $48 and it wasn’t very flavorful, temperature was fine but it was too charred on the outside. The side dish (spinach Victoria) was exactly the same thing as the appetizer I ordered which was just spinach dip. (I’ve had spinach Maria at Bimini Twist and that was delicious). The server said my entree side would be similar to the app but it was the exact same dish. Would have gotten something different had I known. We had the appetizer that came with guacamole, brisket dip and spinach dip. The cheese in the brisket dip tasted cheap and gritty. We ate the meat out of it but that was it. Kind of a waste. The drinks were good. I had two from their drink menu. They messed up the first one but fixed it right up. Overall, It seems a little over priced and pretentious for the area. And for what we got. 2 steaks one app 2 liquor drinks and an extra side for one entree. Also the website said reservation only. But the restaurant was dead and we got a table right away. Before this visit, we talked about going but never did because we never think to make reservations. Which now I know were not necessary. Not sure we’ll be back unless my SO talks me into giving it another try.

I will NEVER visit this restaurant, ever. And I will tell everyone I know to avoid them. Awful customer service from the manager. Be very careful buying any gift card from them during any kind of promotion. Apparently they expire in mere months and management will refuse to honor them.
Horrible customer service, manager shouldn’t be in service industry, dined in today and saw the manager picking his nose
