Went for the first time tonight. Everything was great. Everyone’s meal came out as expected and was great.

Second visit in a row that my entree was severely overcooked. And my side was undercooked. Sent the food back, and had it removed from my check. It was my husband’s and my anniversary dinner. My husband ate his, we paid and left. Do better!

Lewis Prime Grill was an absolutely outstanding dining experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in the door, the hostess Gianna made us feel genuinely welcomed — she was warm, friendly, and set the tone for a fantastic evening right away.

Our waitress Jessica was incredible — attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the entire meal. She gave great recommendations and checked in at all the right times. Taygan, our bus girl, was just as fantastic, keeping the table spotless and making sure we had everything we needed without ever interrupting the flow of the meal.

The atmosphere was upscale yet comfortable, and the steaks were cooked to perfection — flavorful, tender, and clearly high quality. Between the amazing food and the exceptional service from Gianna, Jessica, and Taygan, this was truly a five-star experience. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend Lewis Prime Grill to anyone looking for an unforgettable steakhouse dinner! 🥩✨

Went to try Lewis Prime Grill in Loxahatchee, FL and unfortunately left disappointed. Service was below average; our waiter was young and not very attentive. Overall, the experience felt more like an Applebee’s, Outback, or LongHorn—and honestly, I’ve received better service at those places.

The biggest letdown was the food. If I’m paying $50+ for a steak, I expect it to be excellent. The ribeye was less than average, and I’ve had better steaks at LongHorn and Outback. I even compared it to steaks I made years ago when I worked at Rustlers Steakhouse—not a compliment. My wife also wasn’t impressed with her steak tips from the specials, saying they had a rubbery texture.

As for appetizers, the three-dip sampler (guacamole, spinach dip, and brisket cheese dip with nachos) was decent. The cheese bread was just okay. The restaurant itself was freezing cold—they definitely need to turn the thermostat down.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend ordering the overpriced steaks here. You can get a much better steak elsewhere. I was really hoping this place would be a hit, but it missed the mark.

Lewis Prime Grill was the perfect spot for date night with my husband! From the moment we walked in, the experience was amazing. The hostess was prompt and welcoming truly chef’s kiss service right from the start.

Our server, Nick, was outstanding: attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely taken care of without ever being overbearing. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was lively yet intimate, and everything came together seamlessly.

We had a great time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a special night out or when you just want an all-around excellent dining experience! 💫🍽️💖
