We are loyal regulars of LICC and pop in at all different days and times. Stopped in for a lil Saturday night dessert and it was packed!! Like line to the door, rightfully so because it's amazing. Anyway, the young ladies working were all so friendly and efficient like a well oiled machine getting everyone their sugary fix. Always a great experience and always happy with the sweet treats. We got the salty caramel banana milk shake, a chocolate covered cheesecake, and a small cup (cookie dough and cheesecake) all 10/10

My sister and I visited on a Monday and ordered sundae. The store was quaint and lovely. The employee who assisted my sister was fantastic. She was attentive and informative. My server did not prioritize customer needs or satisfaction. The ice cream was delicious.

Coffees and ice creams are so good... Ice cream almost tastes like gelato.

Ice cream good, but you do not have the typical coffee ice cream. I know you have it with chocolate but a lot of people don't like the chocolate and you don't have wet nuts or wet walnuts. Most every place does and the biggest complaint I have is you do not have a list of your ice creams on your website. So how is one to know what one wants? Especially if you're sending somebody to pick it up.
I am handicapped and I cannot walk in. So I sent somebody in to get a to go menu and you don't even have that.So I would highly suggest that would be something as far as customer service.thank you.

Love this little home town feeling ice cream place. No need to go to Jaxsons for home made ice cream. They are constantly changing and inventing new flavors.
