Marco's Pizza

Staffs are very rude and dont care about the people waiting on line to order or pick up! I was waiting for 20 minutes for my order and the pizza was in front of me and nobody gave it to me.

They charged me twice for my order, for a total of $181.52. I’ve contacted the store more than five times and have also gone there in person, yet I still have not received a refund. This is unacceptable.

I love the pizza from here. Not expensive. Kelly and Travelle are really great at getting everything done pretty fast and have great customer service. I appreciate them and marcos pizza thank you. Another worker thats really nice is Dylan... hes super kind and attentative ty dylan

Bro I ordered 10 wings here and the wings were perfect. Juicy. Not overcooked or dry. And to top it off the pretty white girl at the counter gave me parmesan which I proceeded to put on top of the wings and my God that was a delicious meal. Give her a promotion. Thank you all and God bless you.

The pizza is good but if you're looking for delivery expect to be on weight for over 10 minutes I called her several times and each time I was put on hold and waited and waited I just finally hang up and called somewhere else. I've ordered from here since then and this delivery has been pretty accurate. I'm glad I gave them a second try.

Was visiting family out west and we ordered from this Marco location. My cousin is rewards member. She ordered and these clowns said they could not find the order after waiting over an hour. My cousin erased the app and canceled the transaction on her credit card. Would not recommend this Marco's at all. Stick with Jabrewskis pizza down the street.

I used to really enjoy the ease of ordering and quick delivery but the past two orders they have made wrong. The Buffalo Chicken pizzoli is NOT supposed to have bacon! Also they didn't send the drink I ordered! Last time I called to complain and the woman argued with me until I hung up on her. I was prepared to leave a poor review when she called back and apologized to me, agreed they had made the item wrong and made it right by immediately sending a new meal, correctly made, and a free soda.
I was happy with the customer service and figured I would give them another try. Well, same exact thing this time, Buffalo Chicken pizzoli with no Buffalo sauce and with a ton of bacon. I don’t have the energy to go through the phone calls again, honestly, save your money and order somewhere else! If they can't even know their own menu, what's the point?

I’m changing this to a one star review because I think there was no preparedness for the Halloween holiday. The lack of communication, unwillingness to cancel my order the first two times that I called and even a third attempt when I have already been waiting for 3 hours. I’m usually all for Marco’s pizza but this was a really bad experience.

I came in at a busy time. I take it Desmond is the manager, only because of his excellent leadership skills. He made sure every customer was taken care of while also positively guiding his team. Everyone working there seemed happy to be there, which is a hallmark of good leadership. Great food as always, got the chicken calzone.
