Needs more employees. I feel so bad for the staff. One person on the line during dinner is crazy. Low rating due to terrible staffing. Only giving 4 because the people on duty are working their tails off.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a pizza from Papa John’s Loxahatchee for my son’s slumber party. After being quoted 3 different prices, I waited nearly 90 minutes for the order only to find it left outside on the concrete, covered in ants, no phone call, no knock, no ring despite a Ring camera and gate access.
When I called, the employee informed me that they use DoorDash and she kept saying I’m so sorry, sorry won’t feed these kids … She refused to give her name and hung up on me so I got in my car and drove to the store, only to see my neighbor there for the same reason her order was also wrong. The acting manager refused to give me the general manager’s name and offered me a replacement and dessert with attitude as if that solved anything. I couldn’t trust her attitude, so what made her think that I was gonna trust this food handed over to me!!!
A waste of time, poor communication, very poor service, poor management, and zero accountability.

I tried to order online for the last 30 mins from the orange blvd. Store it will only let me do door dash i cant get in to change my phone number, plus they wanted to charge me 38 dollars for a papadia and a 2 liter. So when i callled the store the girl was nice however i was told that when they are low on drivers they use door dash... this is the only way i can get food as i dont drive and cant use door dash im not happy with this experience. Guess its pb and j for me

He didn't ring the doorbell, didn't knock the door nothing. FYI we have cameras. He walked up to the house left the pizza on the floor and walked away. We wondered why it was taking so long looked at the ring camera and it was outside for over 30 mins

Had a terrible experience calling this location. I was transferred 3 different times and I know the inside of that place is not big enough for all those phones. The first guy I talked to I don't even think worked at that location because the girl he transferred me to didn't know what order I was talking about (not her fault). I was trying to place a large order 24 hrs in advance for work. They were not able to accommodate my order due to them having a lot of prior call ahead orders. That is no problem!! I understand these things and I was nice on the phone. The last girl I talked to I could tell was annoyed or just busy when she was telling me this, I said I understood but some rude woman in the background copped an attitude and said "shoulda called quicker". 1st rude, 2nd before I could get another word out they hung up on me. I only write reviews when something really bothers me and that did. Plus when I called Dominos right after they not only were able to place my order, but the girl I spoke to was nice, didn't transfer me and had phone etiquette. Everyone getting annoyed by customers but please tell your workers to talk crap about them more quietly or after they hang up. My place of work will not be using Papa John's any longer, especially not this location.

So I see some of these reviews and as someone who has lived out here thier entire life I can say yes this papa johns has had its ups and downs but over all in the end they got it. Yes a couple years ago it came under new management and honestly it was a great decision, at first it was rocky but as of today they have an Allstars team. You have the boss who is a Blonde woman that is doing an amazing job with her new staff killing it also very sweet. Then you have miss Cynthia who at first looks a little rough around the edges (which from converstating with her over the years I understand the hardship she's had) will seem angry at first from her face but once she starts talking she lights up and put this contagious smile on your face, I promise her pizza skills and speed will make you want to come back. Then there is one more girl ive seen for years that is energetic and funny if I'm having a bad day she can make it better just by being herself. In all this staff is doing a wonderful job and I will keep spending over 250$ a week here because the environment and food are a must in my weekly life. I love you guys keep being original and making amazing food you rock 🙏
*Also I saw someone comment about the driver going under the speed limit, after over hearing the manager they are tracked by those signs on the car so I'm guessing they can only go certain speeds?!*
Kid-friendliness: They are so sweet to my little boy, he loves to see Cynthia and say hello (he's only 5) she's so kind hearted.
Wheelchair accessibility: Door is wide enough for a wheelchair, usually the young lady with all the tattoos (Cynthia) or the one who has the tight top bun will help you out to your car happily or even let you call and walk it out if it's paid.

Check on your delivery drivers... Black Kia SUV driving east on Orange blvd drove 10mph under the speed limit. It's a 40mph zone, no need to drive 30mph holding up a line of traffic. Sept. 6th turned right onto Coconut at 7:45pm
