The management of this place is freaking horrible I can't order over the phone to get a delivery they won't take it I literally have to use the app so they can't refuse

I tried to place an order for a pizza from their menu and the team member told me he can't place the order for my food. the only way is for me to get my food go online to place an order for a works pizza special. How I the world do you have a establishment that will not take a customers order in person or over the phone? What is the point of asking for my order if you can't do anything over the phone and it online only. Close th FN store if you can't order from the papa John's menu in store or over the phone. BUT as soon as i walked out of the store the employee was on his cellphone smh. If this place is an online only ordering process, that should be clearly posted and when they answer the phone be clear that they can only take online order and cannot or will not take your order over the phone. This has been the worst experience I have ever had a papa John's

Before i even entered this place of business I could hear the music blasting in the store, i went in to pick-up my pizza and could not hear anything but the employees yelling "turn it down, turn it down!.. Etc." The whole point of a business, is to have customers first. When you have your on hand manager yelling at there employees the way she was, i haven't returned since

This pizza def could’ve used a bit more cheese . It’s hit or miss with how the pizza comes out at this location depending on who is on shift and making your orders.I order from here quite often and will continue to but it’s okay to not be so stingy on the toppings.

Admittedly ordered rather late in the night, but well before closing time. The tracker said my order was being prepared and baked and then out for delivery but I received a call 30 minutes later saying I would need to pick up the food as the driver's vehicle had broken down. I understand things happen but this was so obviously a lie. I would be more understanding if they had just been honest. Bring back John, Papa John's has gone significantly down hill since he left.
Pizza showed up nearly an hour late and completely cold.

Wow... just wow. So I guess when you order all the little side sauces (and pay for them) you are supposed to be ok when you get all the way home and they are not there. The reason I say this? Because the girl on the phone said I could drive all the way back and get it or credit my account...by the time I said "I guess I'll take the credit" (never got the chance to finish with, because it's a 32 minute round trip) she had already hung up on me. Thanks for the amazing customer service Lox Papa Johns.
