Waiter never introduced himself, was un attentive and forgetful. Really disappointed in the quality of their pancakes. Asked for condiments 5 times, never got salt or pepper. No refills on drinks. Food was cold when it came out.Was our first time, and possibly last time here. We may check out the dinner crew some day.
Awesome environment... even with the COVID restrictions. Karaoke night was great! Food was amazing! Will most definitely be going back soon!

We placed a Togo order of 2 soups and a sandwich. The soups we received were supposed to be bowls and they were not even halfway filled up. Sandwich was ok nothing to write home about. Place is going down hill.I did call and speak to someone there and they did offer to give us free soup next time we come in.
I'm so pleased to call Pirate's Well my place to eat and i recommended this restaurant to all my customers that come in to see me . I've mate the new owners they are polite and i would call them super cool people. So go join lisa and her husband and Josh over at the well they will treat you right . now as for the cooks and all staff they are like my family to me .they will also take care of you ..the food is delicious and the music is good and drinks are cold . so go and see the staff at the Well tell em joanna sent you ..you want be disappointed i promise you
Terrible experience - the place is filthy and looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in ages! The good was OK but took over an hour to come out! I'd never return to place - it needs a serious overhaul.

The waiter wasn't that great. I'd say the food is about 80% good. They need more training.
Their breakfast was so good ,I just had 2 of everything. Eggs, bacon, pancakes ,home fries and a bagel .

family friendly down home cooking we stopped by for breakfast large plates of super food everything tasted delicious took lots of photos with the mermaid and other exciting decor in this place super fun kids loved it all
