SUBWAY

Ordered 2 subs Saturday evening for pick up around 6pm. Received a call at 5:50pm and was told they didn't have steak. I said please cancel my order and issue me a refund. Had to go in Saturday night after I received an email my order was ready. How if there was no steak? Girl behind the desk said the manager told her disput it with my bank she's not doing anything about it. Went in today and the manager was screaming at me there's nothing she's doing about it to figure it out she won't be giving me a refund for food I didn't receive. Asked if there was someone else I could speak to and she said the owner and rolled her eyes.

This place sucks wind. Never any customers in this store. Cheap on the meat and toppings. Almost $10 for a simple meatball sub. No wonder the place is always empty. Guess they can't get anybody to work for $12 an hour.They are going to price themselves right out of business. Im surprised this store is still in business. Usually only one employee in the whole place. Twice they have let someone steal my online order without first verifying the name of the online order. Only refunded me when I threaten to call corporate. Do yourself a favor and walk 10 yards to the Publix in the same parking lot and get yourself a real sub.

Would not recommend this location, ordered a blt and a chicken bacon ranch foot long, the bacon was raw on both subs , the chicken tasted disgusting. The bread was stale and extremely hard like biting into a rock, how the chicken was raw is mind blowing considering the oven used was loud AF, will never ever eat here again ontop of all that the bathrooms are disgusting over run with trash and poop in the sinks, scratched up door , and the tables covered in crumbs and the floor was disgusting crumbs dirt and the floor was sticky, you're better off going next door to the jabrewskis instead or domino's, heck Publix has better subs for less.2/02/24Food still sucks horrible and the manager is still rude

Stopped to grab a sandwich. I ordered a 6 inch chicken teriaki sweet onion sub and a foot long pretzel. Cost over 11 dollars prezel was slightly burnt and the sandwich was all bread. For that amount of money I expected to get s decent meal. Never again super rip offi

I ordered it on Uber eats and they messed up my orders, didn’t answer the calls(subway not Uber eats), and didn’t give me the chips I ordered. So basically my whole meal was messed up

I will not go back to that subway unless the manager is gone, she is rude and yelled at me and over charged me, she was rude to her employee..

Ordered 3 subs on line, Service was great subs were prepared quickly.Steak sub was all bun and onion.Meatball sub was good.Turkey sub: .I almost returned thinking it was a veggie sub last second I discover a thin layer of meat.Disappointed Especially since I haven’t ate sub for three months I’m was so looking forward to it. ?

Good tuna subs and they finally have sour cream and onion potato chips !!!

Might want to inform your staff the store closes at 10:30pm. Not 9:45 pm.
