NASTY, drink machine, restrooms are terrible, tables nasty. Who's the freaking owner?
Stopped in today for a bite to eat. Ordered through Mobile with pickup at the counter. 1st thing I noticed is the building is brand new and clean. Didn't use the bathrooms but the seating area was solid. I even sat and ate there, which I never do. Next I noticed the staff. They seemed to be on top of it. My order was quickly handed to me and everyone was friendly, which in today's fast food climate is RARE. And mostly important is the food. It was hot, presented correctly(it looked delicious, and lastly it was delicious. This store sets the standard of a Wendy's.
Just not what they just to be . Drinks are hot . Fries mostly are burned. Not such a friendly widow service
I had an issue with a breakfast order, and the manager took action to resolve it with care. 🙌
This place gets the order right 3 out of 10 times...just left there and I got the wrong sandwich...and wrong sauce for my nuggets...always out of frosty....and the people there at the window are doing everything but attending the car at the window...so frustrating going there......I've stopped going for months...gqve a chance today and nothing has changed ...horrible experience as always....

Went there for two ten piece chicken nuggets. Manager had an awful attitude at the drive through. Let it slide. Pulled up and paid and they asked me to pull up and they would bring order out. It’s 3 pm on a Saturday not a single person inside or in line other than me. Ten minutes to by still no food. I go inside and say I would like a refund. The manager tells me there are no refunds! That I need to bring my receipt next time I come and they will give me store credit. She lied straight to my face and refused to give a refund. I asked her the number for corporate and she said she didn’t have one but claims to be the store manager. I left without my food because at that point I didn’t trust them to prepare it. She was smiling and trying to provoke a reaction out of me the whole time. It’s absolutely absurd. I believe the managers name was Rosetta or rosette. I don’t remember because my blood was boiling and I just wanted to get out of there. I will be disputing the charge in my credit card and will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. To not give someone a refund and to treat a customer in such a manner is unacceptable.
Was told to park out front and wait for my food. 30 minutes went by so I went inside. They said a manager walked around with my order and never saw me. Not once did I see anyone outside. Terrible service.
Quick trip through the drive through after a long day and it was perfect. Our server was so kind and got our order for 4 spot on. 1 and only complaint was something off with 1 of our burger buns. It was a bit hard in places, so maybe not the freshest but the rest of the burger was great!
Food tastes great.

Awful customer service. Employees on day and night shifts are rude and unfriendly whilst lacking empathy, kindness, and compassion. Orders are almost always incorrect. Employees are often arguing with each other. This establishment must be restaffed immediately with people who WANT to work, ENJOY working, and are GRATEFUL for the job they have. I have had awful experiences at this Wendy’s including today when they refused to give me extra sauce. Expect one strip of bacon for any burger that includes it. Personally I don’t think 2 cups of sauce will suffice 3 meals that include nuggets, fries, and burgers.

The employee taking our order was at the drive through window and we had to yell to tell her our order and she got some of it wrong like no biscuits and only fries she also gave us 2 biscuits sandwiches overall everything else was great.She also didn't give us a receipt

This place was good the first month after it opened, several years ago. But since then, it has been a complete dumpster fire. I don't understand how you people want $15/hr+ and you can't get a simple order right. We don't even ask for special ingredients or instructions... just a basic sandwich and you manage to mess it up. Half the time it takes you guys 5 min just to answer when I drive up. How do you stay open? Who is your manager? Maybe you should start over... just a suggestion.
