The manager asked that the kids stop whistling with the toys provided from their kids meal because it bothered him too much.
Burger done wrong, vanilla shake first forgotten and then given in completely liquid form and said that's how they are, employees not friendly.
One lady, the one taking our order, was great and patient - the rest could be easily replaced IMO

The staff never remembers my order at the window. Also if you guys are going to have a promotion, this time being the spongebob meal. Actually have enough of the items. Take it off the menu if you run out as well as the app. It’s not hard. Do better.

The breakfast is pretty much all I order from here The food is always hot fresh and good I however also like unsweet tea and it is by far the worst consistently of any place I've ever gotten it More than once I don't order it here anymore

Ordered a crispy onion whopper with a large Dr pepper, got a small sprite and a lot of crispy onions were put beneath the burger before wrapping and shredded the bottom bun.

No customers in the parking lot so i expected a nice experiencce but I waited 10 min. In drive-thru just to be told it would be a few minutes (7 min). They finally took my order. I nearly choked whaen i heard the total but my Grand babyt is worth it we finally got our food and his hasbtowns and french toast stick were ice cold and i had a spicy chicken sandwich instead of the whopper with i ordered. I stopped in at the gas station and threw it all away. I ended up getting food from the gas station. I am fone with BURGER KING.

Been several times in the last few months, they always act like they don’t know what to do if they have more than 2 customers. They NEVER get our orders right, honestly if you’re not in love with the food just don’t waste you’re time or money going to this Burger King.

When I order a double cheese burger and it only has one slice of cheese on it I notice it wveey single bite. I think to myself could it be laziness, contempt, or financial. Regardless of why it makes my day just a little bit worse.

Need a responsible team. They cut the menu and sell what they want and one hour before closing they dont wanna do chicken fries or wraps with is nonsense. Get a more responsible team there please. Worse burger king on this side 👌🏽 and it was more than 3x that happened. So its a ongoing thing

Waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told they were out of sausage and they were cleaning the cotton candy slushie machine. So essentially my entire order they did not have or could not provide me. Since I ordered in the app they would not refund my money. No option on the app to get a refund. Was advised by the staff to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this location at all cost!

Nightraid last call

The young blonde female manager was a complete joke add order the family bundle that they had on Uber eats to get it at the store on highway 77 I did it the way she told me and it turned out that it was going to the highway 231 store I asked for her to help has she leaned up putting her arms onto the counter with them folded say oh well it's right down the road making me waste my gas and me not getting the help with her giving me the instructions on how to do it and her employee in the background saying that she could simply call the store on 231 to get it fixed this manager had a poor attitude and to be honest with you I got beyond frustrated and aggravated that I almost acted out I just stormed out of the Burger King and I find it weird how both places do not have corporate's phone number they as managers are supposed to have the phone numbers for corporate so anybody that is on here that has corporate's number if anybody's on here that has carpets phone number I would like to report this blonde-haired female manager

1 car in front of me in drive through they made me wait till that car was serviced before they took my order. When finaly taken I had to explain my simple order 3 times befor they got it right. I could see if they were stressed out with cars backed around the building . I was in drivthru 15 minutes and not another car pulled in behind me. No wonder bk's are going out of business.
