For months I tried to avoid this location because I didn’t like my experience couple months ago tonight I decided to try it again it was AMAZING everyone looked so happy to be there the food was hot and fresh the girl with fro hair that made my burger ensured me she was gonna make my order hot and fresh and she indeed delivered I will be here every night ! You guys just gained me back as a customer good job on my visit sept 27 for dinner

Tried to order a cheeseburger and the cashier didn't know what a regular cheeseburger was. I would suggest a new line of work

They forgot to put a whole burger and the tenders and popcorn chicken were very stale as if they were old. I do not recommend coming to this location there is always something wrong with my order.

Why are y’all’s burgers always so cold it makes no sense do yall not toast your buns do you guys just make a bunch of burgers and let them sit instead of make to order. I’m literally eating a burger that taste like it came out of the refrigerator. Only thing that’s good is the fries and they’re cold too.

The food is always hit or miss never consistent Their fries are always soggy and chicken bites to hard to eat It's always a short rude women there so I'm guessing she would be Management so our complaints go nowhere New help could really make a business better
I ordered a meal that included a milkshake, and I wasn’t given the milkshake at all. The staff didn’t follow basic hygiene rules — they weren’t even wearing hairnets. I had to wait over 15 minutes. The service was absolutely terrible.
