Chopsticks Oriental Restaurant

I personally called chopsticks to let them know they would have a order coming through from DoorDash, but there was specific items I did not want on my food. DoorDash does not give you an option to change items or to leave notes. Anyway, the lady who answered the phone at chopsticks wrote down how I wanted my order, removing vegetables, adding vegetables, etc. it arrives to my door Completely wrong. I call her back. Tell her what happens. She’s not willing to give me a refund so I said I want you to deliver what I ordered. She said I don’t have anybody to deliver even though she could’ve called DoorDash to deliver it and her pay for it! I have nothing to eat for dinner tonight and I will never order from chopsticks again nor do I recommend anybody ordering or eating at chopsticks!

This was not good Asian cuisine. Will not be going back. Slow service as well.

Take your chance if you want to, but i will never eat here again. Gross!

Recommended dishes: Sweet and Sour Chicken

The shrimp toast was literally burnt so hard that you couldn't even break it into pieces with your fingers much less your teeth. The sweet sour chicken had absolutely no flavor ! The combination lo mein, in the front part of the to go plate was the meats and shrimp with noodles. Well the back two sections of the tray was nothing but a NO flavor yellow. The other two trays were basically the same thing. Neither of them had any flavor at all. Don't waste your money! It's a horrible place with worse than horrible food!

Rude old friend egg rolls they give us duck sauce when ask for sweet sour then I went ask for sweet sour again she handed me prepared to go sweet sour, REALLY?
Why waste ppl time if you knew what I was asking for in first place awful last time we eat here!

Yeah, it's a clean place, the servi e was good. The food was sorta edible, had to doctor it up at home. So dissapointed this came up as a five star rating. Would not recommend.

I ordered Lo Mein Chicken, and it was bad, with no flavor; the chicken tasted horrible and the fried rice was just rice with color and no flavor either.

I don’t want to give it a bad bad rating because I’ve only tried one thing and IF I go back and order something other then the pad Thai I will change my review but it has to be the WORSE pad Thai I’ve ever eaten. Cute little shop, the cashier was nice at pick up but I called to place an order and the worker had a attitude (it was 15 minutes until closing time but when I came in to grab my order there were other people still placing orders with no attitude from the cashier)

Egg rolls Are still good. Lo mein was too sweet and they used spaghetti. Egg drop soup was horrid.Rice tasted like smelling playdough. I used to love this place. I don't know what happened, but I'm pretty sure the place won't last much longer. I am super disappointed. I tried to call about pretty much everything, no answer. This was such a great place.
