Terrible workers, terrible attitude. Placed order 22 minutes before arriving, they hadn’t even began making the order so we waited another 20 minutes. Told us we didn’t order a blizzard, showed them a receipt of said blizzard and they made it without saying anything else, wrong size blizzard even after confirming. 4 tenders after ordering 6, no fries, didn’t apologize, nothing. Will never come back. If you hate your job find another one. All kids working, not a single adult.. probably why there is no leadership among the staff

It took easy too long for someone to take our order, as of no one was assigned to the register. The blizzard has lots of mixin, at the top. It is certainly not the best location for the franchise.

We went on 10/12/25 and although we ordered through the app, we told the lady at the counter we would be dining in. She looked confused but said okay and we went and sat down. 30 minutes passed by, several other customers came and left but we still hadn’t received our order. Starting to get irritated, we went up to the counter to see the hold up. After waiting for someone at the counter for about five minutes, we were greeted with a “what do you need” from a different lady, kinda rude but ok so we asked how much longer for our food and she said she didn’t know, sighed and turned around to give us our food that had been sitting. No one called our name, no one said mobile order or anything. Not even an apology. Our fries were ice cold and chicken strips were old. If I could leave zero stars I would. Safe to say we will not be returning. This was the worst service we’ve ever had in Lynn haven so all these negative reviews are not lying.

Absolutely do not rely on this location to have your cake order. I ordered my daughter's birthday cake online on September 26th. Received a confirmation email for my order. I arrive on the date of my order to find that no cake had been made. The best they could do was have it ready in 2hrs. Family was already at the house for cake. My advice would be to call and verify, but I won't be ordering from here again.

I have been here twice and service is very slow and not attentive. One time I came in and I didn’t see anyone until like 3 min later. Then all the employees were in sight.
My other experience, I guess an employee came in on her day off and everyone just came up to talk to her before even acknowledging me. When she left after a few minutes, then they took my order. Very unprofessional

It should not take 45 minutes for two small blizzards. People came in after us, ate food, and left while we stood waiting at the counter.

Consistently Rude Service & Careless Food Prep
If I could give zero stars, I would. We came in today, August 6th, for a treat for our kids and the experience was awful from start to finish.
The problem wasn't a simple mistake; it was the terrible, consistent attitude from both workers we interacted with. The first employee, who seemed to be a manager or cook, was dismissive right from the start.
Then, the register employee who handed us our order made things worse. First, the blizzards looked a mess and were leaking down the sides of the cups. Dairy Queen used to do Blizzard quality checks, and I wish they would bring that back. Based on what we were served today, I'm sure we would have received 4 free Blizzards. Second, the order was missing a full meal and two drinks. When I pointed this out, she ignored me, then argued that the order was correct without even checking the receipt. When she finally went to fix her own mistake, she did so with the same lackadaisical energy as her coworker.
The proof of her attitude was in the food she handed back: the burger was smashed and the fries were the wrong size. No apologies for the inconvenience, just taking up time allowing the blizzards to be even more melted.
It's clear there's a culture of contempt for customers here. If the staff is this careless and hostile to your face, you have to wonder about the care and hygiene they use when you're not looking.
My family and I will have to pass on this location for a few months, hopefully by the time we muster the courage to try it again, they will have cycled through this set of half hearted workers and have a staff that take a little more pride in there work or customer service.
