Went to the drive threw ordered ice cream chic nuggets and a pretzel. No queso cheese, Went back through the drive threw told them I didn't receive any queso. Told me it's in the bag. No it's not!!! Wanted to charge me more for it. I never got it. Pretty much tells me I'm a lier and still wants to charge me more. I didn't receive the dip and didn't like him telling me I had it already. Not so much mad about the dip as much as his response. I have better things to do than try and rip off DQ for a freaking dip. RUDE Customer Service . Give them what they pay for. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Food was absolutely amazing best burger in town! Dairy Queen's ice cream has always been the best! Now they're making the really thick blizzards! The crew they have working at this one or fantastic great bunch. Five stars all the way plus more.

We ate lunch there yesterday but was unable to eat it, I ask for easy mayo, I got at lest 2 tsp on it. So I threw the top bun away and was going to eat it that way but the bottom bun was grease soaked ?, I just had to throw it away. We won't be eating there again, it's happened to many times.

Well it is safe to say that I won't be delivering DoorDash for this restaurant anymore. It was a slow lunch day for them... no customers in the restaurant and none in the drive thru. I waiting 15 minutes passed the promised time for my order. The employee then tried to give my customer a blizzard which was not on their order. I told the employees that they had 2 drinks and they told me they aren't notified when a customer orders a drink. I've never heard of a restaurant not being notified of part of a customers order... Anyway it's just not worth my time and money to work with people who have zero motivation for their job. Management and employees need a big change.

Called to Cancel my online order and was asked to call back as there was not a manager available. Called back after about 10-15 minutes and the same girl answered. When I said I needed to cancel a mobile order she called some one over and told them "will you talk to this lady" When I stated again that I needed to cancel my mobile order me he said "yeah, I don't know how to do that". I had to call the main customer service number and they helped in less than 2 minutes.

Just stopped in for an ice cream. The staff was extra friendly. I ended up with a simple cheeseburger combo. Man, that burger was delicious. Fries were on point too. Granted it wasn't that busy inside, but the drive through was full. Our food was up fast, so I thought "ok" cold burger, but Nope. We got a couple peanut buster parfaits. There were only 3 people on staff, but they kept it moving. This crew was impressive . Busy, but extremely friendly. I haven't been to DQ in a while. After this, I am definitely stopping again soon. Dinner time at Dairy Queen--yes please!

So today at 2:20pm October 4, 2023 I ordered a small blizzard and two large sweet tea’s. I was going to surprise my daughter before work. We took one sip and they tasted spoiled and bitter, almost like motor oil. We called to request a refund on the tea’s and brought them back and the assistant manager absolutely refused a refund. I have been disappointed at the quality of food this place is selling. Ice cream is good, but everything else is trash. There is no excuse to be treated so poorly by a reputable establishment. Dairy Queen you should be ashamed of yourself. I will be tagging DQ on social media concerning this incident. I have also left a message with corporate office. Please people go somewhere else that treats their customers with respect!!!
