Jodi, Ariel, Andreas, and Justin have really turned this place around the last few months. Service is quick and correct, I come here weekly and see them get so busy. 5 stars

The food is great but make sure you count your donuts if you buy 2 dozen. Ordered Valentines day special for work and needed 2 dozen...they gave me less and i only noticed when i got home. Now I patched a 12 count out of them when i really needed 24 because 1 box plus 5 looks like leftovers otherwise. Nevermind the fact i paid for 24 not 18😔

Quick service. The coffee is always great, especially with espresso :-) and the egg bites are one of my favorites on the menu

Thr dunking on 23rd Street was too busy talking to her friends outside instead of helping the customers.
The one on hwy 77 was very friendly.
They don't put as much filling in there donuts as they use to.

I give up trying to get any bagels from you. Update. I went to get a bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich. They gave me cream cheese, went back to exchange the sandwich and they ran out of bagels
I accidently ordered a hot coffee but wanted iced. When I realized my mistake, I was going to offer to just take the hot coffee. However, the kind woman at the drive through window asked the manager to adjust my coffee for me. The manager then had several rude remarks to make about me, even though I'm a very loyal customer and visit that Dunkin almost 3 times a week and have over 3000 points on my Duncan app. At least it was a good lesson for my daughter on how not to treat people who are loyal to you.

Today, Thursday, 10 October 2024. This morning at 6:25 a.m., I thought it would be a nice treat to bring donuts to the office. Arrived at Dunkin Donuts, Lynn Haven, FL, and decided to go inside to order. The male employee watched me approach. As I walked to the register, he then looked away. I quietly awaited his acknowledgment. He then looked at me, and I stared back, still silent. Finally, he asked me, "What would you like?" I replied, "Good morning, how are you? His response, "What would you like?" Now I know this is a donut shop and not a 5 star restaurant. I have no unrealistic expectations. But, as a customer who chose to spend my money, at any location, expects to be treated like a human being. Not as an inconvenience and treated rudely and disrespectfully. How hard can it be to say good morning? Hate your job? Quit! Hate people? Stay home! Hate working mornings? Find a night shift. But don't take it out on me. It bothers me when people in the customer service business are rude to me. I'm sure my review will have little to no impact on management. But you won't be getting my business anymore. There are plenty of donut shops around town.

Honestly, one of the best Dunkin's I've been to. A lot of that is due to Jodi. Her demeanor makes me think she is the owner or manager because she is always super sweet, wiped the cups down before handing it out, personal touches like telling customers to be safe in the upcoming storm or even making little jokes while you're at the window with her. This is also the first Dunkin I've visited numerous times where my coffee tastes the same each time!
