I’ve been going to this dunkin ever since I moved here 3 years ago. In the beginning it was great, I loved the service and became regular. Never had issues with food or my coffee it always came out great. Fast forward to recently it has been inconsistent. New employees are rude, forgetful of what I ordered (got a bacon, egg, cheese with no cheese, missing donut holes etc) I never have issues with my coffees though.. still love dunkin but sad that i don’t see the same great people every time I come in and wonder if my food will come out correctly.

We usually frequent the location at 516 E 23rd St. with exceptional service but because of having a Walmart pick up near this location, we came here - and it was an unpleasant experience.

It began with 3 employees sitting outside smoking, staring at us… even my 12 YO daughter felt uncomfortable.

When we got to the window she handed us half of our order and asked “that’s everything, right?”
I told her we were missing 1 drink and 2 doughnuts. She threw the 2 doughnuts into an empty bag, which caused them to stick together and onto the bag, and then handed us the wrong drink. When I told her it wasn’t the right drink, and showed her our order, she stared at the order/drink and slowly said “oh that’s weird” and then just awkwardly stared at us without making an effort to rectify the mistake.

Thankfully someone else came and handed us the correct drink (while the other employee was still staring at us).

Are Dunkin’ Donuts employees drug tested? What in the world!

Ordered a medium Americano. Nothing added. I get to the window and ask many shots of espresso are in it. None of them know, they just say “It’s half water and espresso so probably 4-5.” It tastes burnt and over extracted/bitter. One of them got visibly upset that I had asked a normal question. Ridiculous.

I visit this location once a month while in Lynn Haven. Each time it’s a hit or miss. Today the staff is more involved with each other to even say hello & decide which of the 6 will take my order. Cashier was almost rude. No napkins, & there is a Publix right behind them & a Walmart across the street! Can’t anyone find personable employees & managers who actually manage?
Lots of area for improvement. To round out my morning the coffee is terrible. Next time I’m going to Cefco, as service station coffee can’t be much worse. Plus I’m sure they can provide napkins.
