The food was so nasty. I ordered a simple bacon egg and cheese on croissant with hash browns. the hash browns taste like they were cooked in old grease and the sandwich was just slapped together. Never again will I go here

So, I refuse to go here any more. The way the manager treats her/his employees is unacceptable. I noticed I’m not the only one who has witnessed this! Can you say drill Sargent! They didn’t sign up for that crap! I have never had anyone speak to me at like that! The parking lot is trashed. Corporate needs to think long and hard about this manager… what is the employee turnover since the current manager took over? Why? What could the problem be? Do you even read these reviews? Do something! Update: they finally cleaned up all the thrash thanks to the DM Kelly for getting that done, now to get rid of this “meanager” mean being the key word!

i usually love this Dunkin’, but this location has gone downhill ever since the new manager took over. The manager is incredibly unprofessional and rude. She snaps at her employees in front of customers, and it makes the whole store uncomfortable. When I asked a simple question about my order, she rolled her eyes and acted like I was wasting her time. She also ignored the fact that there was a long line and spent several minutes gossiping behind the counter instead of helping her team. The employees all looked stressed out and miserable, which I honestly don’t blame them for. A place is only as good as its leadership, and this manager is ruining the store into the ground. Definitely won’t be coming back to this Dunkin’ until management changes.

My husband ordered a hot latte with pumpkin swirl. We tried it after he got home and realized they didn't put the espresso in the drink. It was so disgustingly sweet, sugar filled milk.

I’ve been going to this dunkin ever since I moved here 3 years ago. In the beginning it was great, I loved the service and became regular. Never had issues with food or my coffee it always came out great. Fast forward to recently it has been inconsistent. New employees are rude, forgetful of what I ordered (got a bacon, egg, cheese with no cheese, missing donut holes etc) I never have issues with my coffees though.. still love dunkin but sad that i don’t see the same great people every time I come in and wonder if my food will come out correctly.

We usually frequent the location at 516 E 23rd St. with exceptional service but because of having a Walmart pick up near this location, we came here - and it was an unpleasant experience.

It began with 3 employees sitting outside smoking, staring at us… even my 12 YO daughter felt uncomfortable.

When we got to the window she handed us half of our order and asked “that’s everything, right?”
I told her we were missing 1 drink and 2 doughnuts. She threw the 2 doughnuts into an empty bag, which caused them to stick together and onto the bag, and then handed us the wrong drink. When I told her it wasn’t the right drink, and showed her our order, she stared at the order/drink and slowly said “oh that’s weird” and then just awkwardly stared at us without making an effort to rectify the mistake.

Thankfully someone else came and handed us the correct drink (while the other employee was still staring at us).

Are Dunkin’ Donuts employees drug tested? What in the world!
