This is the best Dunkin in town, hands down! They always get it right, always consistent, always clean, and always kind. Whoever is in charge here, needs to take over every Dunkin in the area! Thank you guys for always being the best!

I’ve been going to this dunkin ever since I moved here 3 years ago. In the beginning it was great, I loved the service and became regular. Never had issues with food or my coffee it always came out great. Fast forward to recently it has been inconsistent. New employees are rude, forgetful of what I ordered (got a bacon, egg, cheese with no cheese, missing donut holes etc) I never have issues with my coffees though.. still love dunkin but sad that i don’t see the same great...

July 2025

I visit this location once a month while in Lynn Haven. Each time it’s a hit or miss. Today the staff is more involved with each other to even say hello & decide which of the 6 will take my order. Cashier was almost rude. No napkins, & there is a Publix right behind them & a Walmart across the street! Can’t anyone find personable employees & managers who actually manage?
Lots of area for improvement. To round out my morning the coffee is terrible....
