El Jalisco is a very nice place to eat. The staff is great, the manager is even greater. The food is always delivered very quickly and is very hot.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Bay county. Weekends the place gets packed with customers. Good luck finding a parking spot. The food is worth the wait 😋

I hate to make bad reviews but we came in about 45 mins ago got sat down and then got ignored it was at around 230 and not busy what so ever we sat down waited for about 10 mins then left. There was plenty of ppl walking around i know I may not know how the service works with tables but you could have at least got us drinks! Hopefully next time will be better!!

Haven't been here in a while. They've gone downhill. Noone seems to speak English hardly at all. Not even enough to understand your order. After sending my food back twice, they still couldn't get it right. Hubby ordered fajitas. They were the worse either of us had ever had. Chicken was super dry, and veggies were stewed tomatoes with a mushy array of other overcooked veggies. It was more like a stew than fajitas. Beans were WAY over salted. Awful food, awful service. Won't be back.

***BEWARE *** this place has become a big tourist trap. The food was absolutely horrible and very small portions with very expensive prices. Me and the family will never step back in this place again. I guess the Burrito Factory that opened up next door hurt their business a little so they decided to take it out on the customers.

Service is good.
Atmosphere is fine.
Food, not so much.

My husband has gotten sick both times we’ve eaten there. He sent his shrimp back last time because they smelled so awful, luckily they comped the bill for the price of the shrimp.

Won’t be dining there anymore…

Not to mention they don’t have the best track record with health inspectors
