Our family moved to Lynn Haven 2 years ago, and we have loved having this El Jalisco nearby. We eat here at least once per week. The staff have become like family. They know us and all of our kids. This is my favorite place to go for Mexican food for sure, and the margaritas will put lead in your pencil!
The ceviche is not real ceviche. The seafood is boiled first and then mixed with the other ingredients unlike real ceviche wherein the seafood is "cooked" by marinating it in citrus juices.
We came with the family for dinner. Service was great. Food was really good. We enjoyed the atmosphere. We had nachos, elote, taco salad, burritos and kids quesadillas. The Modelo on tap went down nicely as well. We will definitely be back. ????
