Wow, I just had the most incredible experience at Firehouse Subs today—everything was absolutely amazing! The food is hands-down some of the best I've ever had; my Hook & Ladder sub was piled high with perfectly steamed meats, melted cheese that stretched for days, fresh crisp veggies, and that perfect combo of mayo and mustard that made every bite explode with flavor. The staff were beyond fantastic—super friendly, quick, and genuinely caring, like they really wanted to make my day better. I left with the biggest smile on my face, already craving more. I'll definitely be coming back every single day; this place is my new go-to spot! Highly recommend it to everyone!

Anthony was such a treasure! I didn’t know the sizes or how sandwiches came and he took time to walk through everything with me. Even when I could hear there were other customers in the background. So grateful to have such kind persons working in our community!

Michael is excellent. I ordered DoorDash and didn’t specify my instructions for my food, which is my fault, but when I called he was happy to accommodate. He’s an asset to the company and I hope he gets a raise. Thank you Michael!

Asked for Captain Sauce and 2 member's of the staff assured me that they put it in the bag, got home just to realize that they bold faced lied to me and did not give me any sauce even though I asked to make sure 2 times.

Not only does this store consistently jack up your order, they run out of product constantly, and if you order online and they can’t fulfill your order, you have to contact Firehouse corporate directly for a refund, while corporate says we have to go through their janky LynnHaven store.
