Great 1st impression. Restaurant was clean and staff provided a friendly atmosphere. Jessica and Jackson did an amazing job of taking care of me. Jessica took care in using clean utensils, gloves and a clean work area to prepare my gluten-free sub. Jackson was kind and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone. Especially, others that may be allergic to wheat like me. Their gluten-free subs are delicious. Thank you both again for outstanding customer service. I will be a regular customer due to the service I received today.

Lynn Haven location has the best an friendliest staff. Although my sandwich was made with the wrong bread, it’s kinda my fault too as I stood there and watched her make it. But all in all, the staff is way more polite than the staff at the 23rd Street location.

Been really disappointed in this location lately. Over the past year the service has become too slow. I love Jersey Mike's subs and have been going to various locations for 15 years. From waiting 30 minutes for a sub since they realized they are out of sandwich component, to arriving for your pickup order to sit for 20 minutes + after its pickup time. I don't know what they can do to help this location, but something needs to be changed.

The staff is super friendly and create a good atmosphere, but the last few visits it has been 1 or 2 other customers complaining about their order being wrong or other issues.

Hope It changes soon so I can up my rating.

Wife likes the place no idea why, well today we order, get our food delivered , no extra toppings like we added and paid for so thank you for sucking because gave me the opportunity to throw it in her face, that subway or any gas station is better than this place

I have edited the Google review from 2 years ago dropping from a 4 star review to a 1 star & if I were able to make it a NEGATIVE 5 STARS, I WOULD! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I placed my order on the app,I checked in on the app by clicking on I'M HERE when I arrived at 5:25pm. When it got to be 5:35pm, I tried to call (not due to impatience, just making sure there was not a glitch in the app). I tried 3-4 times, it never rings, went right to voicemail. At 5:40pm, I see a Jersey Mike's female employee grab a bag off the counter, looking very angry, her face was as red as her hair, she literally stomped out the door came to my window and screamed "I'M SORRY BUT WE ARE VERY VERY BUSY RIGHT NOW!!!!!" She shoved my bag at me through the window & nearly hit me in the face with it, she did it so hard, & immedately stomped off in the same hateful way she stomped out there with my bag. As she stomped away I said "Thank you for being so nice!". She never even turned her head, she stomped back to the door, swung it open in a mean and hateful way (surprised she did not break the glass) and when she got inside she hit the countertop with her hand and was swinging her arms around talking to whoever was behind the counter (that I could not see from where I was parked). I did not get her name, it all happened so fast, so I will describe her. She was short, thin, had reddish hair (maybe strawberry blonde) and like I said her face looked red with anger. If anyone reading this knows her name, let me know. She was working at 5:40pm on Sunday, 7/7/24. I am really concerned enough that I may not ever go to that location again unless I can somehow determine if she is working or not because I'm not about to pay my hard earned money to be treated like garbage AND mess up my order on top of that! Now, I have NO clue what she was angry at me about as I did not do anything. Since she and I had not had any kind of an argument, first time I've ever seen her in my life, no one answered their phone as it did not even ring, so WHY she was so angry at me, I have no clue. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I got home. I specifically ordered a #8 Club regular size double meat, cheese, & light on the mayo. My husband hates lettuce on his sandwich. His sandwich was covered in gobs of mayo with a ton of lettuce. He had to scrape off what he could but for him it ruined his sandwich / dinner. I also ordered one cookie which was not in the bag. I don't know about you, but I don't spend over $40.00 on sandwiches & expect to be treated like garbage AND on top of that have my order messed up so bad. How hard is it to make a sandwich? Even little kids can do that. In my 66 years on this planet, I have been to many restaurants, stores, etc. and while I have been treated with indifference, I’ve never been yelled at and had my bag of food shoved at me and nearly hit me by someone I never dealt with before. Since she left me in the dark as to the issue, I can only assume she either hates it when someone dares to customize their order OR she hates curbside pickup. Anyone reading this has as much clue as to why she treated me like this as I do.

We've ordered online twice in a row for a sandwich with no cheese and when we picked up the order and got back to the office it had cheese. This store is slow in preparing food so they should be able to take the time and read the order correctly.

I had places a pick up order for 3 sandwiches the chicken bacon ranch was only to have chicken bacon and ranch.
When my coworker unwrapped it it was not as ordered.
When I tried to file a complaint through the app it wouldn't let me submit

I did not get what I ordered. I ordered the Portabella cheese steak and didn’t get steak I got chicken. I tried to call and it says the mailbox is full, disappointed I didn’t get what I ordered

Ordered via app...ready on time..correct. Delicious portobello swiss on parmesan rosemary bread. No drive thru but parking is easy.

Parking: Located in small busy strip mall..frequently hard to get a spot, especially when other businesses are open.
