I ordered online and when I got there to pick it up, the girl was super rude when I got home. Apparently the chicken was so greasy that it seeped through the box so my box is falling apart. The biscuit inside was mush from the grease will not order there again.

Does the owner and/or General managers read these reviews. This KFC needs immediate improvement because the employees just don’t care. Hire good people who care, pay more.
