The guys were short staffed on a Sunday and very busy. They were working like champions taking care of customers. It was busy, but they got our large order done quickly AND accurately, with very nice service.
Omg this Kfc needs be shut down i swear last night me n husband came from Westend of panama city beach 35 min drive pull up to drive thru sit for bout 10 min no customers in lobby or drive thru so I called n said hey is your drive thru not working he said no pull up so I did when I get there I tell him my order he says hold on the other guy comes and says the fryers are down no chicken didn't offer any remorse ,, so now I'm like u guys close at 11 it's 920 or so but ok I pull off, so this am I called n got a very nice female manager n I explained what happened so she says come today n I will discount ur 4 piece I said ok when I get there same guy from last night and they charged me full price n then I said hey she said she would discount took almost 49 cents maybe off I started counting purposely my 100s n ten n 20s n I said hold on n I drove off I will never come back to this kfc it's always drama here that's no way treat customers

I submitted my order at 7:25 16 pc family meal with 4 large sides and 8 biscuits. I arrived at the window at 7:40 the app said the estimated time would be 7:45. I was told they had just dropped my food and it would be a 17 minute wait. So I waited and watched several other customers arrive after me and receive their food before me. At 8:30 my food was placed in the ready box and tied up. When I got home with my food after waiting over an hour none of my sides were in the bag. There is a significant price difference from the 16 pc a la carte vs the meal on top of waiting an hour is really disappointing.

KFC corporate. This is unbelievable. You have to know what is happening at this restaurant by now And yet you continue to let it go The call box at the drive-through has been broken for three years The employees act like they are constantly on a break, and you are nothing but an annoyance. The food is still kind of good occasionally They are always out of everything. No matter what you order, they say it’ll take 15 minutes. I’m pretty sure that everyone in there is just showing up for a paycheck. No one that works there is driving for employee of the year award. And the inside of the restaurant is hideous as well. If It is even open. KFC I can’t believe that you allow this to happen. You have almost as many one star reviews as you have five star reviews. What do you need? A house to fall on top of your head? Do something about this restaurant! How can you put your name on this establishment? And did I say it takes FOREVER To get your food?

Dirty tables, fans instead of an AC, poor quality walls and outdated decor, run down tables, chairs and booths. Fogged over windows. The restrooms although were nice and clean. Food was good and the biscuits were nice and hot. I recommend a good renovation.

Seems like they are to busy playing around to get the customers in and out, I have gone three times and each time I am the only customer and no drive throughs, but the food is good each time.
Just don’t waste your time coming here. Didn’t even get food cause they took forever to take our order just for them to say they don’t have white meat. They need to hire more people because the girl was taking drive thru and lobby orders . Makes no sense !

I walked in the store one of their friends was hanging halfway or laying halfway across the counter being extremely loud it took me a second to get a hold of somebody to get my order finally got the order cuz I pre-ordered it 12 piece chicken dinner The chicken was so dry and old it was hard I do not recommend this place this is horrible if these employees don't want to work there and do their job properly they need to find other people plain and simple you can get people sick by giving them old food

Don't judge the book by its cover. The outside looks run down but the service and food are excellent. Jay was the cashier and he told me about the specials and saved me money based on my order.
