Trust the reviews Folks do not try to go there and get food. They are completely incompetent. The drive up speaker has been broken for weeks. Says pull to the window. When you get to the window and they finally decided to come talk to you, they say, yeah, everything is down and they can't take the order without going in. Went inside to take the order and was told they had too many orders, not taking anymore. orders. I told them to keep their chicken. I'll go to popeye's. Manager was not apologetic, got a big attitude.

Spent $30 on a family meal of Tenders and Nuggets, ordered online, selected all our sauces. Order was double sealed, but didn't have any sauces in the order, despite receipt saying order has been double checked for accuracy. Bad experience and the food was not fresh

Went there 10:15 on a Friday. They close at 11, one of the staff just walked out and said I’m closed
Food was hot and good everyone was amazing and if bad payed attention to work name tag I would definitely put if but the were amazing fast and easy and helpful I was going us coupons but he told us about different deal saving some money

Q At KFC in Lynn Haven is a pissy poor excuse of a manager. I can’t stand when they put incompetent people such as him in a managerial position. Makes us look so bad! Went to KFC and waited over 20min in a 2 car line to order. Ordered two fill ups boxes. The girl taking the order said they only had breast and wings so I said that was fine bc we were already there and had waited X amount of time. We get to the window and I notice the price is higher than it should be so I asked the girl why that was. She said it’s because he charged you extra for each breast🤔 I asked her why he would charge extra for each breast if that’s all THEY had. Nevermind you, none of this was said prior to me ordering and nonetheless doesn’t make sense. She said she didn’t know she just started. So I asked for the manager. The manager came and asked what sauces we wanted (I didn’t know he was the manager), then left. So she’s still trying to check me out and I’m telling her I want to speak to the manager. Fast forward: she goes to the back and gets Q. He comes to the window, doesn’t at all allow me to address my issue just starts in screaming (yes screaming) “Ma’am she told you all we had was breast and wings didn’t she tell you that”?! “Ain’t that what you ordered and said you wanted”?! “Did you not say you wanted that”?! Now in between him screaming I can’t get TWO WORDS in, I never even told this man what the issue was bc he couldn’t hush. The most I said was, “you just got to the window why are you screaming”???? “You’re a grown man why are you at the window screaming”? Then he said, “I don’t have time for this we tryna get ready to close” and slams the window close. In my head I’m thinking, time for what, to hear yourself talk bc ME EITHER. Then they wonder why they have such a bad rep. I sat there for another 10min maybe before another supposed manager named Tone came to the window and I had him refund my money bc not my business (I paid for one box originally and had them take the other with the additional charges off). He was very polite about my refund I will say but 😮💨SMH. I asked who the general manager was and was told it was Q. Wow!

The hours for this business says it close at 11pm we went at 10pm, there were workers inside and decided not to take our other. If you are not going to serve until the time scheduled then change your hours, we drove around 40 minutes to get there thinking that it would’ve been open an hour prior to their close time but it wasn’t.
So disappointed every year we have KFC for the memories of my grandfather that has past away but he loved him some KFC especially the wings and coleslaw! Well tried to call twice before writing a review but no one answered it’s about 8:30pm now and you must be real busy now and must have been busy when I went through the drive thru cause we got a ten piece of drums and thighs only and corn not coleslaw not what we ordered unless my grandpa is mad at me this year or you just have real crappy service. I’m thinking it’s crappy service! Won’t be back to Lynn Haven location again for sure! Do not recommend this location at all!

Stopped in here today to pick up a door dash order, and this place had no air conditioning. The girl working said it's been out for a while now.. How is this even possible, especially with the heat..them poor girls just pouring the sweat cause it so dang hot.. The owner and DM should really be taking care of these horrible working conditions for their employees. I will make sure to stop back by in a few days, and if it's not fixed I will be contacting the board of labor for these poor ladies cause they are working in bad bad working conditions..
I ordered online and when I got there to pick it up, the girl was super rude when I got home. Apparently the chicken was so greasy that it seeped through the box so my box is falling apart. The biscuit inside was mush from the grease will not order there again.
