On Dec, 3 2025 i left from the hospital where my sister had just past away, rushed to kFC in lynnhaven fl to get some food. Arrived at 9:30pm the employees was playing inside did take order said they were closed it was 9:30 pm. Their hours say open until 10pm. Grieving for my sister/ i was hungry/ and got no service ... !!!

Ordered on Uber Eats, and the meal got cancelled so we went there ourselves. Sat in the drive thru for 5-7 minutes and was never seen.

They had the order ready key it sit on counter and then took another guy's order. Gave him that. Then another order he was picking up. Then she proceeded to go back to other orders. Them when I went to walk out. They wanted to know why. Who lets food just sit there. Great manager on duty. So busy on a Tuesday morning lol

This was the worst experience I've ever had at KFC. food was burnt, counter help was non existent. When we did get help they couldn't speak enough English to understand them. Will be writing corporate

Trust the reviews Folks do not try to go there and get food. They are completely incompetent. The drive up speaker has been broken for weeks. Says pull to the window. When you get to the window and they finally decided to come talk to you, they say, yeah, everything is down and they can't take the order without going in. Went inside to take the order and was told they had too many orders, not taking anymore. orders. I told them to keep their chicken. I'll go to popeye's. Manager was not apologetic, got a big attitude.
