In less than a month we used this particular location. The first time I placed my order on line, somehow my order was late due to a wrong phone number and address wrong??!! That's was a couple weeks ago. We are here back in Panama city for a funeral. We staying in a Hotel closer by and I made a call about 6:30 pm and we received about 8:15 pm!!!?? I couldn't believe they timing. Mind you that they stated will only take 35 minutes for delivery! If they tell me that would take them that long to delivery, I will even accept that time! Please be honest with your time of delivery. I felt bad for the driver with no tip. My husband made that decision. Great pizza, bad service.

I ordered a couple of pizzas from the Lynn Haven Marcos and went to go pick them up. The first one they nailed but the second one was supposed to be thin crust. Since I live about 20 minutes away, I took it because my people were hungry. Got home and the second one which was hand tossed, thin like I ordered wasn't even cooked all way though. I called back and ordered the same pizza spelling out the word T H I N like I was speaking to a child so that they MIGHT get it right this time. Fortunately, they did. Maybe I'll start ordering from Domino's from now on.

The slowest deliveries ...ever. I have given Marco's chance after chance and while the pizza is fair the delivery is so slow yhat you could cook a 4 course meal while you wait! No more , I'm out!

I normally rave about your wings, but lately (past 3mth) everytime I pickup your wings their not tossed in sauce. 😠The sauce is "drizzled" on over the wings and its terrible. I thought maybe I could bypass that by adding EXTRA sauce, except now that option is gone as well. Whats going on? Are you really trying to save money on wing sauce that badly? Do you expect customers to pay $15 for 10 wings that you can barely taste? Its a shame, but if I get one more order this way Im never going back. Theres wing places everywhere that arent this greedy. And I was even willing to pay.... Shame on you.
