Thanks to their flawed curbside pickup service, my pizza languished on a wire rack for almost 20 minutes as I waited. Finally got it. Guy said it would be fine. Drove the 1.5 miles home and had a cold and chewy pizza. Best I can say is, meh.
My order today was placed at 5:01 showed up at 6:45. I called to check on the order and was told the female driver just left her delivery and was on the way to our house. Needless to say 30 minutes later a guy shows up with my order cold. I sent it back and called the store to complain to a supervisor. Once on the phone with him I was complaining about what happens he cut me off to say do you know ho many orders I have taken today and with only one oven things happen. I told him I was told 50 55 minutes when ordered so I suppose they knew they had one oven when they gave the time frame. I asked who his supervisor was and he told me that's for me to find out then I asked his name before I got off and he hung the phone up on me. I have ordered from this franchise for years and now I will never order from them again. I believe the supervisor that talked to me needs to be put back making pizzas cause his customer service skills are horrible and not professional.

Awesome restaurant! My mother, my cousin, and I all went to this location. We all got the pizza bowls, my mom got the deluxe Pizza bowl, my cousin got the meat lovers Pizza bowl, and I got the Philly cheese steak Pizza bowl. Everyone said they were delicious! Would 100% go here for a good meal. The pizza bowls are really filling.

With whatever has changed, I am super impressed! Service is great! -Especially over the phone! They are polite, upbeat and sound genuinely happy while taking my order. Previous times, the person taking my order just seemed miserable and inconvenienced. The food has never been bad but it’s BETTER now! Keep up the good work y’all!

I ordered delivery and I live less than 5 minutes away from Marcos and it took an hour to get here. Called the store and first time they couldn’t get ahold of the driver, second time she was on her way 40 minutes after I was emailed that the order was on the way. Then the driver called me twice telling me she’s lost.
