I went through the drive-through. The food is OK otherwise I wouldn’t be going there to eat. It would be nice if I could get my order without the smell of marijuana from the person who is handing me my order. Made me feel sick to my stomach.

Went there with my mom the food was really good. The service was amazing had the kindest cashier I mean he was so kind all I'm to think about is how cheerful he was. The place was clean nit dirty. Loved the place I wanna go back.

I can always tell when the oil hasn't been changed. It makes the chicken have an old taste. That is why I only gave 3 stars for food. Customer service is always above & beyond excellent. The restaurant seating area & bathrooms are always clean

33 dollars and they got all my food wrong both the chicken meals were horrible cold and hot AF we could barely eat them so dang spicy god and instead of getting me a 5pc tender they gave me spicy tenders instead of getting me a 12pc boneless barbecue wings that are not spicy they gave me spicy wings that barely had any meat on them it was more bread and bone then chicken they gave me cold mash potatoes and they charged me for a large Mac and cheese and I got a small one and they were moldy and cold I'm going to chick faly instead of this crap

Experiencing good customer service in fast food is hard to find sometimes, however, you will DEFINITELY not find that at this establishment. The customer service at this location is absolute trash. They are rude and the perfect example of bare minimum service provided. The chicken is delicious though.

The Bone-In Wings are to die for, the Honey Lemon Pepper 24 pk is a good time. Wait times for food are always a variable though sometimes it's instant other times it's 30 minutes but the Wings are worth the wait plus adding a Chocolate Chip Biscuit don't hurt.

I came at 9:20 pm ordered popcorn shrimp & they said the fryer is off for the night & nothing can be cooked because they close soon. You close at 10 pm that’s another 40 minutes of being open & serving food that’s just sitting under a warmer. That’s absolutely disgusting! Then when I asked why I was told BYEEEE over the headset. VERY RUDE AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!! Corporate NEEDS to be filled in about them deciding to “close” 40 minutes early because they are too lazy to cook anything!

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a classic sandwich combo. Sweet tea was great! (The reason for 2 stars) I had to park and wait for thebrest of my order. After waiting no less than 10 min they brought out my food. When I got home the sandwich had some kind of orange spicy sauce all over it. Too far to take back so it was a waste. After waiting 10 min you would think they could make sure the order was correct! Do better!
