Staff refused to accept $3.99 six piece tossed and sauced promotion that ran 9/15-9/17. I went through the drive-through at 5:35 local time. They treated me like I was completely wasting their time even though this was a National Promotion. I showed them the ad and they still refused to process the order. They didn't bother to ask if they could help me in any other way and made me look like a fool in front of other customers.
Update: manager contacted me to make it right and invited me in for another meal. Food was fresh and came out fast, restaurant was clean, and staff was friendly. I'm not sure what happened the first time but the Sunday afternoon crew knocked it out of the park!

The food is always good here and so is the service. One time I came in and after ordering, they got my food out to me before I finished choosing my drink (which wasn't long at all).

I decided to stop in for lunch at this location. As I stood in line waiting for my turn at the counter, I noticed a young man at the register doing his job. For some reason, the manager on duty started to speak to him in a very disrespectful tone while there were guest at the cash register, which I feel is very inappropriate. The counter associate was very polite, kind and courteous, and did not deserve being talked to that way. Especially in front of customers. The food was good and the associate at the counter took great care of me. However, the manager at this location needs some additional training.

Our visit to this slim chickens location was very good. The associate that helped us at the counter was very pleasant, courteous, and polite. However, the shift lead/manager on duty needs additional leadership training in my opinion. There were several people at the order counter, she felt it was necessary to disrespectfully engage the order associate at the counter with a very rude tone in front of all the customers. The counter associate was still very polite and responsive to her demands. However, this was very unprofessional behavior, and I could tell that it bothered the associate who was doing his job well. The food was fresh and hot. The dining area was clean and kept and the overall experience was good. My only area of concern is that too many restaurants, hire for leadership positions based on having food industry experience rather than hiring people who have good leadership ability. This was at lunch around 12:15pm.

Great quality and value. Very clean oil, juicy not greasy, well seasoned, boneless chicken bites...someone knows how to season, prepare and fry there. The dining room was very clean and staff were smiling and upbeat!! I will be back!!

My first time eating at Slim Chicken and OMG is all I can think to say. Omg the cashier was nothing short of polite, helpful when asked what was the best and just with suggesting how to make it more savory!!!! The Buffalo chicken Mac/cheese with extra buffalo sauce was to die for.
