This location has been steadily improving and serving great food. Tonight I was greeted by TJ in drive-thru! He is doing a great job. Very sweet and kind. Keep up the good work, everyone.

Just purchased 2 sonic cheeseburgers less then 15 mins ago for $12 and some change. The cheeseburger was old the bottom bun was hard and the meat was black and dried out. This is most disgusting cheeseburger I've ever paid for. Apparently there is no food quality practice whatsoever and last time I'll EVER visit this putrid establishment again.
There is NO excuse for such disgusting food quality and the lack of concern for such poor quality of food. They definitely knew this was old and should have been discarded and fresh cheeseburgers made for the customers. How pathic and disgusting can this business be? $12 and some change for trash.

I ordered trough the app (which I think is BS to get a certain price). I arrived 1 minute after he app said it would be ready. I checked in through the app, as directed. 5 minutes later, after I watched others get their food and leave, I mentioned to a worker passing by my vehicle, I was waiting for my order. The worker came out and said they have no order for Pete. I showed her the complete order on my phone, and she went back inside. She hung out of the service door and asked if the order they have inside for Joshua could be mine.....ummm, NO! Then she asked if it had been paid for. I showed her again where and when it was ordered, the items that were ordered, and the confirmation of payment. She said the app did not send them the order, then went back inside. The manager came out and reviewed the order on my phone, complete with the items ordered, then went inside. About 30 seconds later he returned with a bag, and said "here's the problem". The ticket only had a "P" where the name usually prints. It is now 12 minutes passed when my order was ready. Everything I ordered was in the bag, but now it's either warm, or cold! (Corndogs were warm, cold fries). It's hard to believe a worker could not have figured this out from the get-go! Do they not learn anything in school these days???

I ordered a RT 44 blue raspberry slush and it was straight liquid, there were barely any nerds that I paid for, and it’s incredibly watery like there was barely any flavor. Come on.

On Dec. 20th My son and I stopped by this sonic location and went through the drive thru. At the intercom the lady could not hear due to her mic issue. My son, who was ordering spoke up several times so she could hear. She took it as he was being rude so she refused service. I proceed to tell him, no just go up to the window and I can explain what the issue was. Meredith was the one at the window and who was on the intercom. When i opened my mouth to explain the issue she cut me off and told my son “you don’t have to be rude and you can go” and straight shut the window on our face. Now this is not our first “rude experience” with Meredith. It’s well known with my kids and I, that when she car hops for us how she won’t barely speak even when tipped and said Thank you to. I make sure I tip EVERY TIME I go despite knowing how she will respond, or lack there of. Meredith is RUDE! Plain and simple. Management needs to have a talk with her if she is going to continue to working so close with the public. A small Thank You goes such a long way!
