Came in drive-thru and got the wrong order No big deal simple fix. I tell a woman who I assume is shift lead that it was wrong. She walks away while I was nicely reassuring the new chick it was fine and was kinda nasty to the obviously new girl in her tone. Do better it's HARD working in fast pace positions as a newbie.. give more grace it's a silly sandwich from starbucks not the presidents meal. I've been both the newbie and the trainer. That's not any way to act

For some reason, every single time we go by in the morning time, something is always wrong, either the food or the drinks, today it was the drinks, supposed to be iced, comes out hot, supposed to be peppermint white mocha, just peppermint mocha, like I know it’s not the biggest of deals, but when it’s consistently wrong every time…. Like what the heck…

5 employees standing around, no one acknowledged me when I came in. I felt like they could care less about a customer. Starbucks isn't what it used to be. Lots of competition out there.

I like coming to this location frequently, but there’s one girl who works the window - specifically today (August 19th) she gave me my mobile order and didn’t even say anything to me after I said thank you. She is so impolite and rude. I came a few days ago and she shoved my drink and pup cup in my face and forgot my sandwich and when I reminded her she literally acted as if I hit her car or something with the way she irritably gave me my sandwich. She also told me I need to order a packet of sriracha at the speaker box but it was included with my mobile order - I always add the packet when I order a sandwich online. Besides the one girl, this location is great to my knowledge. The drinks are supes yum, and the food is yum too. I hate to leave a review but hopefully someone sees this and redirects her to make drinks instead of her customer service “skills” at the window.

This is a good Starbucks location. I always have great service here. If there happens to be a long line in the drive-thru, it moves rather quickly. Never had an issue here.
