They are excruciatingly slow at this location. I would avoid this one completely unless you have a lot of time on your hands. Starbucks has gone downhill!!

This is a good Starbucks location. I always have great service here. If there happens to be a long line in the drive-thru, it moves rather quickly. Never had an issue here.

Overall decent Starbucks location. But apparently it is not easy to prepare “light ice” iced americano… I received a warm americano with completely melted ice. Some training for the staff would be helpful

Edit to reply to the review: Everyone is aware that you can remake the drink for no cost. But the issue is that most starbucks baristas give you attitude when you ask for that… and i’m not in the mood to receive attitude for a $5 coffee. Additionally I don’t have time to have my drink remade. I order a simple drink, I expect it to be right the first time. Starbucks has to fix the training and customer service. it’s not just this location…

Never seen so much ADD in one place

I stopped by Starbucks for a business meeting and ordered a cappuccino, but unfortunately, it was terrible—I ended up pouring it out. Not sure what’s happened to their quality, but it was definitely disappointing.

The atmosphere inside was typical for a Starbucks—relatively clean and inviting—but the outdoor seating wasn’t well-prepared. We planned to sit outside, but all the umbrellas were still bundled together, and we had to set them up ourselves. This was surprising since it was after 1 p.m. on a beautiful day, meaning no one had used them all morning. It didn’t leave the best impression for a business meeting.

Overall, the coffee was a miss, and the lack of attention to the outdoor space made the experience feel unpolished. Hopefully, it was just an off day.

Parking: Be careful as cars race through their parking lot to access the adjacent properties.

Put in an online order for pick up at the drive thru window. Got to the box and let them know I was picking up an order. Showed up to the window and the lady tells me "oh I wasn't expecting you here. Did you say something at the box?" Yea, someone asked and I let them know I was picking up an online order (I'm assuming they have cameras out there). She walked away and left the window open where I can hear her and several coworkers complain about me.

Maybe close the window next time or just tell me to pull around if it was that big of a deal. I can understand if I had some complicated order but it was tea and a pastry...

I am writing this as i am waiting for my coffee. I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes and it hasn’t be made yet. There’s 4 people here supposed to be making coffees yet all they do is talk. It is the worst Starbucks I’ve been at.

I experienced the worst breakfast sandwich after I ordered an egg, sausage, and cheese on an English muffin. The English muffin was cold and not toasted and the sandwich contents were also cold. Take the time to serve your sandwiches properly.
