I wanted to order a sub on wheat. I asked the manager, Pamela Sapp because that is who was assisting me, if they carried wheat and she said yes. She proceeded to make my sandwich, I paid and went on my way. As I took a bite of my sandwich I noticed that it was on the multigrain bun. I then went back to the store and explained that although multigrain and wheat are similar, they are not the same. I still wanted the sandwich just on white bun. She instructed the guy employee to give me a white bread l. I transferred half of the items and ate it. When I went to eat the other half, the bread was HARD AS A ROCK. The entire 6 inch. I then go BACK to the store and explain that the bread was hard and that she could touch it if she wanted to see but she said she didn’t and that she could remake me another sandwich. I express that this is my second trip up there and I no longer want the sandwich and would prefer to get a refund for the 6 inch as I bit the footlong which is how I knew it wasn’t wheat. She stated that they do not do refunds and that she will not give me a refund for that. She was extremely rude and would not recommend eating here as she profusely stated that she IS the manager and there is nobody above her. It is very disheartening that the person in charge can put a bad taste in a person’s mouth because I ate at this same subway yesterday (sandwich on a white bun) and thoroughly enjoyed the service so much that I went back today and today’s experience made me vow to never go back.

I’ve been coming to this Subway location for years, and they have never once let me down. The staff here are consistently friendly, professional, and take pride in what they do. No matter how busy they get, they always greet customers with a smile and work efficiently to provide fresh, well-made meals.

The quality of the ingredients is always top-notch—fresh vegetables, perfectly baked bread, and generous portions of meat and toppings. They take the time to craft each sandwich with care, making sure everything is evenly distributed and prepared just the way you like it. Their attention to detail sets them apart from other locations, and it’s clear that they genuinely value their customers.

Beyond the food, the cleanliness of this Subway is something I really appreciate. The store is always well-maintained, and they keep their prep stations spotless. It’s evident that they follow high standards for hygiene and food safety, which only adds to the overall experience.

Over the years, I’ve never had a bad meal from this location, and that level of consistency is something special. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or a hearty meal, you can always count on them to deliver quality and great service.

10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, delicious, and welcoming Subway experience!

Don’t go to this subway or order on any app through subway. Ordered my food on the subway app, my order was cancelled. The app told me to contact the store and Bobby (I don’t know how to spell her name) told me that she couldn’t tell me why it was cancelled. Couldn’t/wouldn’t provide me with a number to call to figure this out. I had to call back to obtain her store number which is 997. Kept cutting me off and wouldn’t help me resolve my issue. Will go down the road next time to avoid this subway. Would give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional.

I arrived for a drive thru order around 4pm today. There were only two employees working and they were slammed inside. I waited a good 20 minutes for my food at the window but they kept coming to the window to apologize and were kind. They even gave my kiddos a treat for the wait. Food was hot and made well. Kudos to hard workers!

I have been to several subways in the area and you can most certainly tell which ones are owned by this owner and which are not however none compare to this location or juli who paid complete attention to detail on the sandwiches I had made. She was very courteous and was able to make my sandwiches accurate while not making me feel uncomfortable as I have in other subways. She definitely deserves a raise and I will most certainly be back only to this location because of my experience directly dealing with her. It I'd worth noting that this is the only subway in the area that has honored the true closing time and I didnt even feel rushed!

I wish I could put zero starts because they don’t deserve the 1 star. The manger has the worse customer service and called the police on me after she told me one price and the when I did Apple Pay it charged 3x the amount. when I questioned it she yelled at me and called the police when ALL I requested was a refund.

I came here to say that we went in tonight during a rush, and the lady working was wonderful she was so kind and patient, meanwhile her rude co worker said in front of the line “I work enough off the clock here” all because she asked for a little help due to online orders and a line forming. We also get four sandwiches which we felt bad for after seeing she was the only one willing to make the food until she told him she needed help. He was nasty. Short hair neck tattoos. Tell him to find a new job because he’s clearly miserable there. Today is May 11th in case a manger reads this so they know who worked.

I placed an order on the app. I arrived at the store early for pick up so when I checked the app to see if food was ready the app stated that my order had been canceled but the money was already taken from my bank. The manager on duty had left the store to go to another location. I waited inside the store for 45mins until the manager came back because the workers in the store were unable to help me with my situation. The manager very rudely told me that I needed to contact subway about the situation. I explained that I was not wanting a refund but just would like the food to be made that I had ordered. She stated that she could not unless I paid for the food again. Eventho I could show proof that the money had been taken from my account. I let her know that I would be contacting corporate about the situation and the fact that she was not in the store for over an hour. She stated she did not care because they wouldn't do anything to her. Very very unprofessional! I will not be back, tho she may not care!
