I don't understand why I am being asked to tip at the drive thru. The audio quality is terrible at the drive thru. The workers are friendly but it's uncomfortable being asked for tips in the drive thru. The wait was very long as well.

The burger that I decided on this time was not a big hit with me. It came with sugar bacon and I just did not like the combination. It's not that it was not well made. It was just my taste. This restaurant is easy to get into and out of and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Their bathrooms are very clean and conveniently located right by the front door. I think I'll stick with the regular Burger from now on. No more sugar bacon for me.

Wanted to try this place out for the first time on the 18th for national cheeseburger day and they had me sitting in the drive-thru for 10 mins. My wife and I wanted to eat here because neither of us had eaten here before, and we pulled up to the drive-thru. We were told to wait one minute, so it was no big deal. We waited 4-5 minutes, and there was no response. After waiting 4-5 minutes, I said "hello" to see if they just forgot about me or they thought I had driven off. She told me to wait another minute. Well, 5 minutes later, I drove off. As I was driving off, I looked in the restaurant and noticed 3 patrons inside eating, and my wife and I were the only ones in the drive-thru. It is very sad to see this is how you treat your customers. I'd say you lost a customer, but I never was one, thanks to your staff.
