I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service and quality of food I received during my visit this morning.
I placed a large order of 19 breakfast sandwiches for my family. Despite the size, every sandwich was masterfully prepared with care and precision. My family and I were incredibly impressed with the quality, and the breakfast sandwiches are now our favorite.
Beyond the food, my entire experience was excellent. The employees I interacted with were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was notably clean and well-kept. The staff truly takes pride in their work, and their dedication is a wonderful reflection of your team.

I went to the Lynn Haven Wendy’s this morning to get a breakfast combo with coffee. Of course, the lady did not asked me if I needed any condiments with my meal. I said ma’am, let me have some sugar and creamer. Her response was how many. I said 2 sugars and 10 creamers. She looked at me and rolled her eyes. I was like, “WOW” that’s RUDE. Here’s the shocking part, when she gives me the bag with the condiments there were only 8 creamers opposed to 10 that I requested. I’ve tried calling at least 4 times to speak with the manager and no one answered. I wasn’t given a receipt so I don’t have the cashier’s name.

Why don't y'all answer the phone !!!?? I've called for 3 days no answer
Date will be shared with corporate. My wife and I had went in to grab a bite before closing, sat down and ate, everything was fine, upon leaving, we noticed all workers outside in front of the door literally getting high, the smell of weed was extremely overwhelming, not a single person in the restaurant, within 45 minutes,,I had to take my wife to the ER, she had gotten food poison. We will reach out to corporate and contact the inspection team for unsanitary work environment. This issue will be pushed to the max. Do not go here unless you want to get sick.

I want to compliment the staff at the Wendy's in Lynn Haven. My wife and I stopped by there today, 7 Apr at approx 2PM. The lady at the register, and I wish I had her name was so courteous, friendly and helpful! I was trying to use a code on the app, and I wasn't very familiar with it. She was so patient and kind. The manager came out to override mistake I made, as she was extremely nice and professional. I ordered aeal for the two of us, them ordered the family chili to take home. They kept it warm for us until we were ready to leave, then made sure we didn't walk out and forget it! Lol And the chili is awesome! 💯
