I waited a long time at the drive through and the employees weren't very nice.after all this wait time the double cheeseburgers were very very dry and almost burned.

Worst I've ever received from a Wendy's. The food look disgusting to the point. I told the man to keep it and keep my money also!! By far the worst service I've ever had at a Wendy's. I won't be using that Wendy's again!

Food was cold even though we waited almost 10 minutes for the order. They gave us the wrong drink & no sauces then when we went to fix the order, they tried to charge us for drinks they messed up & sauce they forgot to put in the bag. They were very weird, even the GM on the phone.

Drive through wasn’t super busy but my burger was raw in the middle & when sent back, I was told that all of the burgers come out like that. However, the guy rushed the cook & it was pulled too soon to accommodate the “timer” in the drive through.

I was charging my car late at the nearby charging station and decided to walk over to Wendy's. Despite walking in three minutes before closing I was provided with friendliest service ever. It was like walking into an old mom and pop store and they made me feel at home.

French fries that I received with my Biggie Bag were uncooked and cold almost frozen. I tried to call and complain and no one answered the phone. I will lodge a complaint with the corporate office

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service and quality of food I received during my visit this morning.
I placed a large order of 19 breakfast sandwiches for my family. Despite the size, every sandwich was masterfully prepared with care and precision. My family and I were incredibly impressed with the quality, and the breakfast sandwiches are now our favorite.
Beyond the food, my entire experience was excellent. The employees I interacted with were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was notably clean and well-kept. The staff truly takes pride in their work, and their dedication is a wonderful reflection of your team.

Never go here after 5 pm. They don't care. Service is bad and slow, tables and floors are often dirty. Wendy's may want to find people who actually want to do the work.

I went to the Lynn Haven Wendy’s this morning to get a breakfast combo with coffee. Of course, the lady did not asked me if I needed any condiments with my meal. I said ma’am, let me have some sugar and creamer. Her response was how many. I said 2 sugars and 10 creamers. She looked at me and rolled her eyes. I was like, “WOW” that’s RUDE. Here’s the shocking part, when she gives me the bag with the condiments there were only 8 creamers opposed to 10 that I requested. I’ve tried calling at least 4 times to speak with the manager and no one answered. I wasn’t given a receipt so I don’t have the cashier’s name.
