My husband went to get us food for a late dinner (9pm), they told him it would be a minute to cook his chicken sandwich. Got home and took a couple of bites and realized it was COMPLETELY raw. I do not recommend eating here.

The lady who waited on us was extremely rude and short with me. Later she tried to "butter me up" by asking questions and trying to be nice. My burger was stone cold. Long time if ever before I go back.
Never know if they are gunna be open after 10, even tho the hours on the door say otherwise. I've been here many times and they are closed an hour or more early. Customer service is lack luster. Food is always meh but edible. Writing this as I just sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes at 11:15. When they are not closed untill 12. W2g wendys.
Evening crew habitually gets orders wrong or forgets items entirely, as well as shows reluctance to print receipts as if trying to eliminate a customers ability to request something get fixed.

Me and my boyfriend placed mobile orders at 11:30pm. We arrived about 5 minutes after to the drive thru; auto system said they're closed when clearly the location closes at 1am. Saw workers inside, went to the door of location and no one came to inform me. Workers were cleaning inside as if closing early. Had to cancel our mobile orders.
This location gave consistent crap based on service, time waiting, and not getting the orders right. Just go to 23rd street...

Food was good tried the new krabby patty burger and milkshake, the burger was good and the milkshake was decent. Service was great. The atmosphere was kind of bland not really good music playing either and a bit dirty.
