Don't think ordering on the app will speed up service...because it won't. 10 minutes past estimated pick up time and finally had to go inside and still waited 5 more minutes. If I hadn't already paid and was 100% sure they would mess up the refund I would've left Never Again!

I hate this place with a passion, I despise even going here due to the night service. They purposely mess your order up every time. I promise. Go order food at night and 100% your order will never be right. It’s actually depressing how many times they’ve messed it up. I order uber eats, forgetting to change location of stores and I always get this one. I truly wish everyone in that establishment that agrees to work night got fired. I honestly may go in there and say something my self or figure out how to get ahold of the owner of the store for this is not what whataburger is about and truly stupid to see how ignorant and stupid there workers are. They are so lucky I’m not there boss or everyone would be fired. There 100% smoking crack in there and blasting that music to loud to understand anything.

I didn't rate the atmosphere because we used drive-thru. So if I skip a part, guys, it's because it didn't pertain to this visit, I give honest and fair opinions. What a chicken I call it😗. Is out of this world, it's fat and juicy plain out delicious fried chicken sandwich. The parking lot looks impressive, with no trash or employees out smoking. Hey, hey STRAWBERRY MILK SHAKE is to die for😜. 6'7 hottie working drive-thru. I'm like what🫠. Enjoying the scenery waiting on my fresh food, because your order isn't prepared until you order. Thank you guy's keep up the hard work at one of my hometown faves😘. Keep the eye candy. Oh yeah, he works hard while looking good. Can't beat that😉.
I ordered a pick up on New Year’s Eve/night and asked for no mustard but I got it, like dude I threw up everywhere and had an allergic reaction. Like are you serious???????? Do better or give me a refund of some sorts
