“Staff refused to accept $3.99 six piece tossed and sauced promotion that ran 9/15-9/17. I went through the drive-through at 5:35 local time. They treated me like I was completely wasting their time even though this was a National Promotion. I showed them the ad and they still refused to process the order. They didn't bother to ask if they could help me in any other way and made me look like a fool in front of other customers.

Update: manager contacted me to make it right and invited me in for another meal. Food was fresh and came out fast, restaurant was clean, and staff was friendly. I'm not sure what happened the first time but the Sunday afternoon crew knocked it out of the park!“
