I JUST WANT TO COMMEND MASON FOR BEING SO FRIENDLY. TELL HIM TO STAY AS HE IS BECAUSE HE IS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. AND I THANK HIM FOR BEING SO NICE.
Zaxbys district manager needs to come in and fire the whole entire management from day shift. The GM "Perry" does not have any management skills whatsoever. He is very disrespectful and likes to cuss employees out he also is a big liar and can't be trusted. I went to address "Perry" about his disrespectfulness to my daughter and he stayed I didnt work there and slammed the door in my face and I didn't get a chance to even talk to him. Zaxby's offers a pleasant dining experience, thanks to friendly and helpful staff. The service is always amazing, with orders taken and fulfilled efficiently. The food is great, with tasty options, although there may be occasional issues with breading or dryness. This is a great location! Food was great, place was clean, and service was awesome. The food is very fresh and customers feel like they got what they paid for. The Asian Zalad is very good. Customers order take out from here fairly often and always have a good experience. This Zaxby's has some of the best service.
