Ordered for pickup in app, arrived and asked for order by name. They said they didn’t have an order in their queue with that name, and that it might take a few minutes for it to come through so they could make it. I said “ok,” and decided to wait. After 10 minutes of waiting I then walked up to the register again to ask for my order, and the cashier I spoke with this time checked their pickup rack and found my order which had been sitting there since before I arrived and asked the first time. After my last experience here where I ended up waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru before having to get them to make that order again after they’d apparently given it someone else behind me in the drive thru I think I have to finally accept that my best option is to never visit this location again. It’s ridiculous, and the lack of even a “sorry,” from any of the employees when these things happens is just the cherry on top of the pile of garbage that is this Zaxby’s.

Strange how this restaurant chain hires the “same” people no wonder they’re losing to Popeyes they actually know how to season food unlike this monstrosity

Ordered the spicy signature meal with an extra spicy chicken signature sandwich and they both didn’t taste spicy nor was fresh.. the bread looked like someone beat it up for the title belt in a UFC match. The fries were cold and not hot plus soggy like a wet noodle. Cheese curds and pickle chips were fresh and amazing!. We are big foodie people and locals at that. So we were really disappointed with the food. Probably won’t be back.

Ordered drive thru. Spicy chicken sandwich wasn’t spicy or fresh. Fries were cold. Cheese curds & fried pickles were fresh & hot & delicious. It’s too bad we were hoping for better. We are locals & won’t be back. Please do better.

This is a great location! Food was great, place was clean, and service was awesome. Deborah took care of us at the register. She was super nice and energetic. She made this visit a 10/10
