I used come to this place often. In the past, it was slow. You would walk in and get ignored unless you ordered at the kiosk. They remodeled and their efficiency improved greatly. I started coming back. Today, I walked in walked to the counter, and the lady at the register said kiosk orders only. They have the same amount of employees in the back as they have had so I am not sure why kiosk only. They move slower and seem to be walking all over each other. It was much faster when the register took the drink order and then made it. If you are in a hurry do not visit this store.

Always slow. You sit 15 minutes waiting for someone to reply when they ignore you until another car pulls up behind you. There was no one inside but employees and we still had to wait because they took our order wrong. This is why I have only been here a few times. Bad customer service.

I sat in line this morning for 20 minutes to watch these employees that are not organized whatsoever. The car that was in front of me was getting their order one by one. They couldn’t even get their order together and give it all to him one time then when I got to the window with a $50 bill They couldn’t make change for it so they lost that sale Dunkin’ Donuts need to get get together
I've stopped by 3x, different days & hours. I go in to choose from their donut selection to take home. Selection is always been very limited. Little to no variety. Not impressive at all

I stood at the register for a significant amount of time to then be told all orders need to go through the kiosk. I went back to the kiosk to order. The crullers which where in the case are not available to order from the kiosk. I don't mind ordering at the kiosk but please have a sign stating that then have the kiosk reflect what is available. There are two registers and one kiosk. I apologize for assuming I go to the register.

I have always ordered the same drink every time I go to the Macclenny dunkin. I always order on the app and have NEVER received such a shitty put together cup of coffee. As you can see from the picture, half of it is whipped a cream!!! Who the hell orders a large drink and asks for it to be half coffee and half whipped cream?! I don’t know who owns this Dunkin’ but you seriously need to do some remedial training for your employees!!!!

Unbelievable they took the cashier and put a self order machine right by the front door where traffic is, and by doing that saving one employee, makes a big line by front door, terrible terrible terribly

I would rate negative 5 stars if I could. I don’t understand why this location is always busy when they’re below sub par. They Always get your orders wrong, the staff always have attitudes, etc. went yesterday and was surprised no one was there, so I pulled in and got the cookie butter latte, I should have tasted it before I got home but I didn’t. I don’t know if there was too much of one ingredient or if it was actual soap but the drink tasted and smelt straight like dish cleaner. Needless to say it wasn’t drinkable. I have had the same drink at other locations and it never tasted like soap.

I really despise this Dunkin’ Donuts. The couple of times that I have been there. 1). It was early in the morning, the card reader was not working, I had to leave and go to a bank to get cash. The staff is very unfriendly. The second time again the person is unpleasant. Workers need to be trained to have manners and be more pleasant.

Worst experience ever at a Dunkin. Walked in and stood at the counter for a few minutes before another customer told us that they were only taking kiosk orders. Then our coffee came out with no sugar in either one. The staff got annoyed at people ordering on the kiosk for a particular donut that they were out of… but they are forcing people to order from the kiosk with no sign stating that donut was out of stock. How are the people ordering supposed to know? Also if you are going to force people to use the kiosk you should have a sign up that says so. So many people walked up to the counter only to be told by other customers that they had to use the kiosk. The employees were not telling people. They were basically ignoring them.
