The staff was great, the shift leader or manager on duty was not! She was rude and refused a refund when the order was incorrect and would only allow a remake. I ordered online to be quick, I didn't have time for a remake.

I doordash, every time I come here to pick up orders in the evenings I usually end up waiting for 45 minutes or more for my order to be filled, if I dont end up unassigning.

Just left and had to write a review as soon as i left. The service is horrible, guy at the counter rolled his eyes when me and my fiancé walked up and had an attitude talking to us in which i’ve only ever been at this location a time before and he was rude then too but just thought he might’ve been having a bad day but now that i’ve came on a separate occasion i’ve come to realize he’s just rude. We waited almost 30-40 + minutes for 2 sandwiches + fries ( in which i never got the fries ) the rude guy at the counter forgot to put fries on our receipt, when we got our sandwiches i went up and asked if they had the fries for my order and the girl behind the counter making the sandwiches rudely said i didn’t order it, the guy who checked us out was also right there and mentioned he thought he added it to the receipt and i guess a manager? she seemed like a higher up said i’d have to purchase them since it wasn’t on my original receipt. They all 3 made it seem like i was the problem because the guy didn’t ring them up after waiting 40 + minutes with no consideration i am not coming back to this firehouse subs. Very rude people who have no customer service skills and are clearly there just for the paycheck. I work in customer service and at a high level of management and would never put up with this type of service. Sandwiches were good though 🤗

Im now on day 4 gut severe gut pain subs were wrong im sick as a dog i will never step foot or recomend anyone eating here should have checked the reviews get some staff that isnt gonna kill your customers with food poisoning this place needs to be shut down apparently it has mainly horrible reviews

The front counter lady Alyssa is not friendly and should not be taking orders. Stared at my boobs the whole time and did not let me scan my rewards code to earn points. This is why people order online to avoid bad customer service

Service is horrible. Everyone makes things how ever they feel. If they are short on something instead of getting more of that item they half ____ it. Absolutely no supervision complete shame can't even follow the order that's right in front of them!!!!! Won't catch this guys wasting money in there anymore!
