Food was amazing! They always make my food to order. I was very impressed. I used to be a manager there and the new staff was pleasant and the cashier was great and took my order (that everyone says is complicated) correctly.

Service is horrible. Everyone makes things how ever they feel. If they are short on something instead of getting more of that item they half ____ it. Absolutely no supervision complete shame can't even follow the order that's right in front of them!!!!! Won't catch this guys wasting money in there anymore!
Placed an order in store and waited 20 minutes for them to make it. 5 employees making sandwiches and 1 taking orders, however they were only working on online orders?? The line grew to be 6 to 7 people. Absolutely ridiculous way of doing business. Thankfully the food was good.

Waited 20 min for 3 subs. Drive back to our hotel and find they forgot one of our subs ! Called and told them we are missing a sub. Asked them to make it now, so it’s ready by the time I drive back and here I sit Waiting again for the sub they forgot. Should have changed that medium sub to a large for free. The inconvenience of having to drive all the way back . Also, their bathroom were closed at 8:00 pm when they close at 10:00. Chairs were blocked off so customers couldn’t sit there.

And td once again they take forever I been waiting for 20 min they leave my sub on the rack knowing I was there and when I asked about it the girl was rude talking about it was on the rack ok there ain't no need to be rude 1st of all and 2nd of all u could of told me it was done knowing i was sitting there waiting for my online order (their supposd to make online orders first ik this cause i used to work here when it was actually good service and fast) So they deleted my review 🤣 obviously they dont want ppl to know how bad service is so... I'm leaving another one the last review I had was about how the food was cold that I got on a mobile order and wasn't made right and the girl was on her phone not even tending to me and was standing at the cashier and was acting like i wasn't there their rude to u up here and there was nobody in the lobby I was the only one here and they took forever it took them 15-20 min
Used to work here. Cashier took my complicated order without any issue and did everything by the book. Came here to leave 5 stars just for that. B Moore did great!

Didn't even order because on the website they make you create an account to order. Email address, phone number, date of birth, etc. No option to just order a pickup as a guest. Firehouse does not need all my info to make me a sandwich

We only visit this location on occasion when passing nearby on I-10, but the service has always been quick. The staff are friendly, and the food and ingredients have tasted fresh every time we have visited this location.
