I was ordering a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with 2 hash browns and a medium drink and the guy at the counter said medium or large and I didn’t hear him well so I politely asked him to repeat himself and he rolled his eyes and said in a snarky/unkind voice repeated himself and I felt quite uncomfortable I went around 10:00 and 12/31/25

I ran through the drive thru for breakfast. I ordered a smoked sausage biscuit and a chicken biscuit. The food was good, but it was overpriced with poor service. I’ll probably go back, but it won’t be soon.

This has the worst Hardee's I have ever came to. We use to have great service and great food. Now your luck if you can order and then wait for 20 or 30 minutes s before you get your food. This manger sucks!!!!! Bring back the last one we had.

My mushroom Swiss barely had anything on it. My large fry was barely a medium. The drink area was filthy. All the tables were dirty. And I couldn't understand what the employee was saying.

I ordered chicken fingers and they were completely stale. I took ONE bite, immediately knew something was off, and sent them back asking if they were even fresh. Instead of fixing the issue, they literally just re-fried the SAME old pieces and handed them back to me — including the one I had already bitten into. Absolutely unacceptable.

It's very understandable a business would be closed for Thanksgiving but when you advertise you'll be open until 8pm and you aren't open it makes a planned day go to absolute crap. Not the 1st time this Hardee's has given me grief and I know now not to count on them to keep their word.
I came in around 2:30 three people behind the counter. One on the phone walking around one in the back part of the kitchen and the girl who took my order playing with her phone. I felt like I was interrupting her, she took my order which was a monster burger combo, told her I only wanted mayonnaise on it. Before she put the order through she ask if I wanted the cheese and bacon, I said yes then asked what all comes on it. She told me bacon cheese and mayonnaise, I said that’s how I want it. The order was put through. She then goes and makes my fries which sit there while the sandwich is being made. I figure they’ll be cold when I get them, I was correct, the sandwich is made and everything is bagged, I have to ask for unsweetened tea because they only have it at the drive through. I go sit down, open everything up and my sandwich doesn’t have cheese on it. So I took it back up there and asked them to put the cheese on it. I suppose I inconvenienced them some more because when she took the sandwich back to the guy in the back I could see them acting like it was my fault. I paid over seventeen dollars for crappy cold food and even worse service. I understand why fast food is dying. I won’t be wasting money here anymore.

We stopped here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. They must not have had the A team in. We had to pull forward to wait on our food and it still came out cold.

Could not have been treated worse. Unable to get mobile app order then blamed by staff and management for using the app - inferring we didn’t pay for the purchase - then telling us that an app order for pick up a 2pm wouldn’t show in their system till after 2pm. No effort to deal with the order only condescending and dismissive attitude from the manager and staff P.s. we were in the drive through for the order at 1:58pm. DO NOT RECOMMEND- worst service and management ever. Canceled the order and Went to Wendy’s

Great job Hardee's of Macclenny!!! Cars were lined up all the way onto 121, I thought it would be a terrible long wait but got through the line in about 10mins or less and service was awesome!!!! Keep up the great work
