I love Kentucky fried chicken, but when you go in and there's people standing at the counter and we walk up, no one says nothing or even acknowledging your there. No saying We will be with you in a moment or anything. We walked out.

Don’t eat at Kentucky Fried Chicken to often but I don’t like it when they have one price on menu and another price at cash register. When I asked why they charged me more than menu I was told they didn’t have time to change prices. But register got changed? Wasn’t busy but yet they could stand around talking instead of changing menu prices.

Spent $45 for 16 pc bucket and not a biscuit in sight I had to ask twice for plates they weren't packed. Now I'm way out in the Forrest. Check for everything before you pull away. They do not pick up the phone there either.

They say under new management but don't let that one line fool you same crappy food same crappy management. Update went recently and received even worse treatment then before didn't have any white meat only thighs told me an hour wait for chicken when it only takes 17.5 minutes for it to cook the pot pie was dry and disgusting save your money go to Popeyes or Zaxby's.
Same sad energy almost a year later and their rating is steady going down lower and lower kinda sad managers must have no clue what to do at this place actually kinda sad I feel bad for them!!!!!!!

The food I got here was very good. The chicken was cooked to perfection, nice and crispy. The drive thru worker Sarah was very nice and friendly, she made sure I got everything I asked for, she told me all the sauces she had and made sure I got what I wanted, plenty of napkins in the bag, she packed it nicely in the bags nothing was crushed or leaking. I would 10 out of 10 recommend with the service and food I received.
