Ordered chili cheese tots. Tots were so hard actually hurt my teeth. Girl behind the counter was to busy worried about her friends to give my daughter her icee. Had to go back up and get it. So disappointed in macclenny service.

Worst customer service worst manager they are so lazy they told me 15 min on fresh krystals i could cook a real burger in 5 min then the manager is playing around with the employees instead of helping customer no wonder they dont do as much business as other krystals

Thank you soooooo much Joshua and the young lady that went above and beyond good customer service . My starving storm work crew of 17 where so happy to be able to sit down in the restaurant and finally enjoy a meal. The lobby was closed but we explained that we traveled from Miami, then had staging and training for hours and still had to go east. Josh made it happen. I just have to add Josh was super kind...and acted like he was really happy to have us there. Wow

Being used to White Castle, I was not sure what to expect. I truly enjoyed the Krystal burgers. The tangy flavor was a nice change that I'll be back for!

Joshua at the window was not wearing gloves while handling, food. Just touching food bare hand.... disgusting. When I asked about it he gave an excuse that didnt make any since. Hope corporate fix this problem. ALWAYS WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING SOMEONE'S FOOD
Staff was very friendly and my order came out quickly and correctly. The Krystal Chiks here were the best out of every Krystals I've been to. Will definitely go here again.

Never had a well made Krystal from here. Fries have always been soggy and cold with 100% accuracy. Its strange, you would have to put forth effort to be this inefficient. Suffers the same fate as all fast-food in Macclenny, lazy unprofessional workers. Asking for anything extra, like extra napkins or condiments is always met with an audible sigh or eye roll. If you really REALLY want a Krystal burger this is your only option in a 40 mile radius. Although I would recommend driving those extra 40 miles to get an actual Krystal.
