Purchase the nugget meal ask for fresh cooked nuggets when I got them they were old nuggets dropped back in the grease once I tried to eat them and found them to be recycled food I called them and no one would answer the phone so that just was a waste of money

Apparently all the managers went to a meeting right when I got there and the 2 young window workers couldn't simply scan my app so I could use my rewards and pay with the app.

If I could give negative stars I would. Store 7497 is the absolute worst. Horrible service and they will always get order wrong oh and that’s after you wait 40 mins for your food!! TERRIBLE. We did a curb side pickup order and waited 25 mins AFTER the app said the order was dropped off at our car… oh and the workers conveniently closed the lobby 35 mins early so we couldn’t walk in and ask for an update. We called the store 7 times - no answer. My husband saw a worker taking out the trash and that’s the only way we got an update on our food. And we couldn’t cancel the order to get our money back because it was marked that they already brought it to our car. Ridiculous. Save yourself your time and money.

I had placed a mobile order on a Saturday morning going into work. When I pulled up to the drive-thru of course she was doing the person ahead of me. Then she of course went to the other outside Lane and took their orders. No big deal. She then proceeds to take the orders from the outside Lane for the next four or five cars. Just leaving me there in the inside lane completely ignoring me. I tried to get her attention by saying hello. And I was blocked in because there was a truck behind me. I was only able to place my order when the truck that was behind me went around to the outside Lane and said something to the drive-thru lady. Who then proceeds to get on the speaker and finally get my order even though she apologizes there is no excuse for that. Because now I'm running late for work and I am beyond upset. And I've never had an issue with this McDonald's before with mobile orders or drive-thru.

Food was old,.hard and dry. Obviously not fresh or even remotely close. Sucks when you go to feed your family spend 40$ and have to toss the food and go yo Wendy's instead.

Sooo nasty don’t ever stop here if you’re traveling, 30-45 min drive through for 2 cars in line. You’re better off going to the gas station with just chips because the food was inedible just straight up DISGUSTING threw ours out it was that bad! Noted to never stop at this exit while traveling again

If I could give zero stars I would. Had to wait in drive thru over 10 min, even though no one else was there. Burger was literally burnt, fries were cold (like not even warm), the orange Hi-C tasted like straight soda water, obviously the syrup was empty. This wasn’t the first time I’ve wasted money here buying food I couldn’t even eat, but it’s definitely the last.

Been living out here for 3 years never in the line for less than 30 mins, always out of things like sauces and sweet tea even tho it’s 6 pm and no where near closing. Got my burgers and there was so much mayo on them it was not edible. They need new management or corporate needs to get them into shape

2nd time here with the simplest mobile order of just french fries, last time I waited over 20 mins and had to go in, today once again, waiting over 20 minutes, WHILE THEY HAVE A FULL STAFF

EDIT: TURN OFF THE LIGHTS AND PUT CONES UP IF YOU'RE ACTUALLY CLOSED

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Customer service doesn’t even exist. Fries were old and tasteless. Quarter pounder look like it just been sitting around for three hours. The weight has been over 30 minutes so far they can’t get anything straight Monday mid morning crew Should be fired. What is shame this place is. I wasted my money. I wouldn’t even dare try to return it.

HORRIBLE service!!
We were trapped in the drive through for almost 30 minutes for a $10 order and then when the food finally came iy was NASTY and cold
Avoid this place at all cost
They need new employees
